My Hulk got canceled today. Amazon just told me to reorder it lmao at least they didn’t tell you to order it off eBay for 5x the amount 🤣 It was actually a semi-entertaining conversation. Started out with the generic “your order is scheduled” blah blah and it’ll arrive today by 10pm. I said “it hasn’t shipped and I haven’t been charged. Several people have posted their order got canceled and I fear mine will too” Then they hit me with a “pre order guarantee” and about 2 minutes later I got the cancellation email. I basically said “so much for the PO guarantee” and their response was “if you reorder amazon will fulfill your order” to which I told them it wasn’t available All in all, the team member in the chat said he’d set up a notification on his end to when it’s back in stock, I will receive an immediate phone call where Amazon will request my approval to reorder the item. I don’t see that happening. I know Amazon is great to a ton of people and I see their customer service get commended all the time. Just my opinion, but just because I can chat or talk with a customer service person and they just feed me a bunch of generic BS and random “promises” that doesn’t equate to good customer service to me If Hogan ever goes back up and I get a call about it and I actually get an order fulfilled… I’ll take this all back and praise them. But for now, sticking to my guns lol

Steve provided a response in the Q&A I sent some questions out to the team that handles this immediately on seeing the various cancellation posts but I don’t have all the answers yet. What I do know is only a small amount of orders have been cancelled and the majority of customers who pre-ordered will have their orders fulfilled starting in the next few days. Still trying to see what if anything can be done about the cancellations and why that even occurred in the first place. that’s been two days ago he said that and I’ve seen more people say their order was cancelled than I have seen people saying their order was shipped I am not saying he is lying but Amazon continues to disappoint

My Hogan got cancelled a few days ago after ordering over a year ago. I've had this issue repeatedly with Amazon pre-orders. I went into customer service chat and explained the situation and that this is a repeat problem and the current listing available was like $180. Oddly enough, they told me to order the Hogan from a third party seller and are refunding me the $148 dollars..sooo I'm getting it for the original price I paid..32.99 or whatever it was. Worth a shot if anyone wants to put in the work.

I got my Hulk from an Amazon reseller today after getting a chat/email confirmation last week that they would discount the difference to match my preorder. I followed up for the discount today (once it delivered). At first the chat person said they can’t do that so I called and once I pointed out the written agreement from last week telling me they’d price match they agreed to refund the $140 difference (yes, $140 MORE than the original $30). They wanted to provide it as a promotional credit balance, but I pushed back and they eventually agreed to refund my credit card. I also got them to tack on another $5 promo balance to offset the increase in sales tax. So ya, $145 back after the preorder cancellation. Good Luck brothers.

Somehow my hogan shipped and will be here by Saturday. My hbk however got bumped again and now expected the 29th. How the heck was he back up multiple times to order, yet they cant find any to ship to me!? Lol

I don’t know how any of you got anywhere with Amazon customer service. I was on the phone for Almost two hours, got no good explanation, dealt with 3 different reps and a supervisor and all I was offered was a measly $10 credit lmao Amazon and their customer service is a joke

I also ordered last year immediately when hogan was available, within a few days the new ship date was Aug 3 2022 which was a year out at the time, finally got an email this week cancelling my order. I just ordered ultimate Michaels when I saw he was available on Instagram and already ship date has changed twice.

For those saying Amazon canceled your orders did you approve the delays? I find with Amazon whenever there’s a delay the email I received about the delay almost always has a link in it to approve the delay within a certain timeframe or it will be canceled. The delay emails I received the other day for my McFarlane DC figures said I had until September 8 to approve the delay. And I know with HBK I had to approve the delay when the initial arrival date was delayed.

That’s an Amazon issue. Sounds like they were selling more items than they ordered. There’s no excuse for taking more preorders than the amount of pieces they ordered from Mattel. They paid Mattel for a certain amount of product so to take preorders that exceed that quantity is entirely on Amazon. But that being said if they sent you the delayed email with the link to approve the delay during the “original shipping date” and you didn’t approve it then that’s on you. Because it says in that email if you don’t approve it in the set timeframe it’ll be canceled. 95% of the time when an item misses the release date and will be delayed I received these emails. They used to go to my junk folder, until I changed my settings to say Amazon emails weren’t junk.

I say just pre order and wait. it's not like you're getting charged upfront anyway.
I personally don't PO any mattel from Amazon. I had no intention of getting the UE so I didn't PO it but then it popped up as in stock and decided to get it. I'm sure they'll all wind up back up as in stock after PO
