Amazon canceled my Hogan order a few days ago as well, claiming they wouldn’t be able to fulfill the order due to lack of availability. So is this an Amazon issue or a Mattel issue? That’s an Amazon issue. Sounds like they were selling more items than they ordered. There’s no excuse for taking more preorders than the amount of pieces they ordered from Mattel. They paid Mattel for a certain amount of product so to take preorders that exceed that quantity is entirely on Amazon. But that being said if they sent you the delayed email with the link to approve the delay during the “original shipping date” and you didn’t approve it then that’s on you. Because it says in that email if you don’t approve it in the set timeframe it’ll be canceled. 95% of the time when an item misses the release date and will be delayed I received these emails. They used to go to my junk folder, until I changed my settings to say Amazon emails weren’t junk. Yeah I never received an email to confirm I want to accept the delay for Hogan. Seeing as how the delivery date has been the same for about a year now, it hasn’t changed. They just straight up canceled my order due to lack of availability. I did however receive those emails for the Fan Takeover Triple H, which finally arrived at my door step a few weeks ago.

But my second order was supposed to be part of this Aug. but then I received a delay email like two weeks after receiving my first order. I approved it and a few weeks later it shipped.

That’s good man I’m glad everything worked out for you. Now Something funky is going on with my HBK Ultimate package. Got a delay email after it had supposedly been shipped already. It says it’s at my local carrier facility since early yesterday morning but not “out for delivery” yet. Apparently I’m not the only person dealing with that. At this point I’m just over this line and the sooner Amazon stops getting exclusives the better.

I feel like Mattel knew the Amazon thing was a cluster and that’s why the Ultimates are stopping after Goldberg. At least for however long
Aside from just wanting to grow the line, I feel like the Target UEs is their solution to more flashback UEs. At Target, we can preorder, store pick up, ship to home, go in a physical store and look, check an inventory site
Thank you Target 🎯

But that raises the question of who else could? Walmart pre-ordering seems to be worse than Amazon’s and Target already has the Legends UE line. No other major retailer sells WWE figures online like these 3 do (in the US at least) and I doubt they would give it to RSC. I wish TRUs and Kmarts didn’t close.

The Hogan is back up on Amazon again! It's not in stock yet but you can at least order it!!!! I think most of our orders were auto cancelled because the items didn't arrive in time but the figures are coming...

After my FT Hogans were canceled on Wednesday, I reached out to Amazon to see if I could purchase the same thing from a third party on Amazon. Two associates said they would refund the difference, which in this case would be more than $300. Even after showing them the listing, they said yes. They would leave a note in my file. Just reach back out after they are delivered.
Fast forward to today. I get them. I reach out to Amazon and two different people tell me they don't do that. And the only thing they could tell me is sorry that people told me otherwise.
I kinda figured it was too good to be true after seeing people on here saying that was their plan. But here I am returning two Hogans that I finally had in my hand. And wisely once again buying two more almost a year after doing it the first time.

Same thing happened to me but I called and the people over the phone had powers the chat people didn’t. They saw the previous rep agree to the price match and honored it refunding me $145… After my FT Hogans were canceled on Wednesday, I reached out to Amazon to see if I could purchase the same thing from a third party on Amazon. I always missed out last year when trying to order this figure. And now, a year later, it’s nice to just be able to order it. Even if the order isn’t filled, at least I feel like I accomplished something with this crazy figure! 😅

I just called and they still would not refund the difference. They say that because it was canceled and I was not charged, they cannot issue a refund. Even though they told me otherwise less than a week ago. Mattel! Steve! Bill! Never do business with Amazon ever again! This entire process has been a complete shitshow. And now I have to return these and buy the restock, which nobody knows when or if it will ever be available.
