Attempting my first full custom. I am hoping to get some advice from an experienced user. I am curious which brand acrylic paint you have had major success with for painting a base coat on tights. This specific one will be white, and I will be coating the current deco of the tights in white before applying new decals. The figure I am using is Elite Legends 14 Edge, and the tights are a pretty generic white, I don't think I need anything special. Just curious what works best for you guys.
Thanks.

I like game color personally but really anything at walmart or Michael's is going to work fine. I more just look for colors I need than brands, I hate mixing to get a certain color because I can't seem to match it when I got back to it. The only thing I would say is take your time and thin layers. Clean brushes also.

Thanks lonz, appreciate the feedback. I have a white acrylic that I bought from walmart so I'm just gonna give that a shot using your advice provided.

I would dip q-tips (or cotton pads) in nail polish remover w/ acetone to remove the tight designs cleanly.
Brush on clear nail polish onto the waist logo & wipe away with a non-linty cloth to clear that area.
Both techniques might take multiple passes, but the end results would look better than using Walmart acrylics.
