Thought this might be and interesting topic,but with Triple H in running things now and a new era starting was wondering what you would like to see the main roster look like.Who would be on the main roster,would you still keep the brand split,what titles you would keep or create,announce teams...ect
For me I would cut back the roster a ton and only have 32-40 active male main roster wrestles and only one brand.

I would keep two different announce teams for RAW & Smackdown with Cole & McAfee and then on RAW have Jimmy Smith and move a talent like Big E or Miz into the color role.While the other becomes the on air authority figure.
As far as the titles go would cut them back to just five with the WWE Title,Tag Team Titles,Women's Title and then create a new mid card singles titles for both the Men & Women.

-I'd like to see the entire Legado Del Fantasma brought up to the main roster and it looks like that's what they're going for depending on what happens next week with Santos' match.
-I can see Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza in the tag division.
-Get rid of the 24/7 Title and replace it with the returning European Title which would give guys on the lower end of the card something to fight for
-I'd push guys like Drew Gulak and Angel Garza
-Mace and Mansoor can be in the tag division as well

I don’t have a problem with a roster split, but believe titles should be defended on both brands. Reduce the amount of titles and make them worthy again. 1 World (Rank A), 1 Intercontinental/United States (Rank B with alot of prestige), maybe 1 Television (Rank C for enhancement talent, but it is kind if obsolete due to NXT), 1 Cruiserweight, 1 Tag Team. As for the women go back to the glory days and have 3 titles (World, Intercontinental, Tag Team). A women’s intercontinental title is overdue and would be perfect for women like Becky, Natalya, Banks etc. who are not in the world title picture at the moment.
As for the roster itself, I always thought the available talent atm is extremely good, just not used the eight way (50/50 bookings etc). I really start to fear that all those rehires will not go in the right direction. WWE needs younger talent. Rehiring all those 37+ guys may result in an issue in 3-4 years from now. I see that guys like Gargano and Ciampa are an exception because they are that good that they are able to carry a whole roster. But I am sceptical about Kross and Lumis because they are simply not as talented as DIY.
For the next 1-2 years the main aim should be to build up new faces that can last for the next 10 years. Guys like Cesaro were 10+ years a part of the company. You just need a consistence like this. But that kind of talent is already there: Riddle, Gunther, Butch, Priest, Kaiser, Breakker and others are already having an impact.
Another aim needs to be the emancipation of Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. These two are above everything at the moment. They bury each and everyone which hurts the main roster. Lesnar being put out of the title picture is a good start. Make him the next „Goldberg“ who is coming back for short lived feuds. Put AJ Styles against him and give Styles a few points too.
Reigns doesn’t have to lose his title now (in my opinion he should be Champ until WM40). But how about let Riddle pin him in a Tag Team match or a classic Survivor Series match. Riddle would get a huge push from this, but Roman wouldn’t lose his nimbus.
Last but not least revitalize the tag team division. Usos, Street Profits, Hit Row, Viking Riders, Gable/Otis, that is really not very much. I don’t count New Day anymore. Big E is out and unlikely to return, Kofis body is finished too, he should take a step back and help the younger talent (what a career he had!).

One of the biggest things I thing that needs to happen is fixing the belt situation. If you're going to have undisputed titles then the champions better be on both shows performing on a regular basis. if not, re-split the belts. (This is assuming they don't end the brand split, mind you). The US and Intercontinental titles are fine as they are (again, with the brand split) but you need to introduce a tertiary title that isn't a joke. Make a TV title(s). Something that's a tertiary title that will both give the midcarders something to do while elevating the secondary titles to a higher level.
The women's belts can go either way, depending on the future of the brand split but there needs to be a mid-card title. I'm not sold on the tag belts, honestly because there's not enough work put into the division at this point. But there is a burning need for a women's secondary title and fast because with them phasing out the 24/7 belt there's nothing else that the women can hold as singles competitors.

I’d keep the roster pretty much as is, but make a few moves between Raw and SmackDown and a couple of callups. I wouldn’t bring back all the aged vanilla midgets, but luckily the worst of them are shackled elsewhere for the time being.
