According to AFA, there has been a running change on Luger. The newer version uses larger arms. Anybody have any comparison pics?

A friend of mine found a common version that appeared to have larger arms and had white boots with the black trunks. I assumed it was a factory error, but now I'm starting to wonder if that was a running change.

I finally found the chase Luger this weekend and it has the larger arms. They are the same arms used on the 80s era Hogans. I’m not sure how I feel about them. Lex was a massive guy but he was very cut and ripped and the large arms look a bit out of place on the ripped torso. Oddly enough it also had two right hands which I didn’t notice until I opened the package.

The running change is larger arms on both versions. Looks too weird and disproportionate

Getting Basic 100 HBK Vibes from this Man I wanted to use one of those for my 2004 HBK ultimate fix up cause of the facial hair, but I couldn't bring myself to open either of them lol, wound up using the one I bought in store that doesn't have it. It was previously on my 2006 Walgreens DX HBK but I needed it for the Amazon ultimate fixup lol. Sacrifices were made lol |

No way does Lex need 80s Hogan arms...Even Wolfpac Hogan didn't get those arms.  I guess the arms would fit better for the younger Lex, but still seems they'd be too big. The fact that they did this as a running change instead of correcting the wrist tape drives me crazy. |

Imagine running a company that would make a change to this. It being mattel I don’t find it surprising. I just would like to know what goof this has to go thru to make this happen. Man it sucks to have my favorite line ran by these people. |

So let me get this straight? The changes we want for body parts barely get chosen, but something we never ask for that looks even worse gets approved as a running change? I personally think the shoulders on the regular Lex look too big. This looks terrible.
EDIT:Those baboon arms could go right next to that monstrosity that was the elite Rhyno.

It seems like his wrists are thicker. I can't really notice the other changes though.
