It’s not a conspiracy homie. Their workers aren’t able to deliver everything in one day, so they mark stuff undeliverable so that it gets pushed to the next day. It sucks, but that’s all that it is. W R O N G !
My "undeliverable" HBK Ultimate had to be CANCELED completely. It went from location to locaction then delayed in my state, then "undeliverable" then "cancelled". Just go read my posts in the HBK thread. A lot of us have gotten a real raw deal and I'd like to really know how it's happening.
HBK went up for Pre-order in JUNE. I ordered 2. Then they were released to the public at some point in the past month or so? WELL...those orders shipped out to most people meanwhile tons of us who Pre-ordered in June are stuck with nothing.
In the end...the Amazon rep put in another order for me for August 25th so I should end up getting them....but what about people getting screwed like this and the product they pre-ordered is no longer available? That's not right. This needs to be ironed out.
Same here, mine is scheduled for the 29th but I'm not getting my hopes up.

The ones that are cancelled after being ‘unable to deliver’ despite the driver being less than a minute away have all been stolen.
All the ‘undelivered’ packages end up in dodgy illegal auctions. Dodgy unaccountable private local drivers delivering on behalf of Amazon.
It’s theft basically. Drivers stealing packages to make money on the side. Amazon doesn’t give two craps about it.

Yeah seems very weird. Goldberg supposedly arrived at facility Friday and just sat, requested a refund because they sent something and charged me. These Amazon exclusives have been a mess.

I work for USPS, if Amazon is doing this then that’s bad. We call that falsifying a scan and it leads to disciplinary action. You deliver what you get for the day. If you need help, you need help, but the stuff gets delivered. If there is actually something blocking the delivery, that’s a different story. But it’s highly unlikely that’s the case with everyone.

I don't think the drivers know what's in the box, do they? And would someone really working for Amazon bother stealing (of all things) a cheap wrestling figure? Would you really risk losing your job over that? A megabucks Apple product or something, maybe I could understand.
Considering this Hogan has had so many issues, I wonder is it a case that the driver is getting to your house, realising there is no Hogan in their van to actually deliver, and are marking it undeliverable because they don't actually have it. It all just sounds like a computer/stock glitch to me.

This happened to me twice.. both times they ended up being canceled and returned to sender. Called Amazon and got nowhere / no reasons .. nothing!

Undeliverable is a crock. I work for Canada Post. I have had this happen with Amazon, only Amazon a few times, seems always figures.🤔 "Undeliverable" with vague to no explanation. Which is unheard of to a real postal/courier system. This is completely a Amazon issue. They hire the cheapest third rate couriers for the majority and shady Amazon drivers, who most of the time dont even walk up to the door.
At least Amazon refunds all monies spent.

I mean, if they told me it was just damaged or something, just any reason beyond "undeliverable". At least I would know.

Maybe it's becoming a theft issue because they're shipping in Mattel boxes with all the obvious info on them. Just a thought. Either way I'm starting to worry about ever receiving my replacements either.

This happened to me twice, and both times were with a Marvel Legends Baron Zemo fig. Never really got an explanation as to why it was "underliverable", but both times were after it got to my city

The problem is that a lot of the time with these Amazon exclusives, Amazon is just slapping your shipping label right onto the MATTEL shipping box that says what's in it, instead of taking the figure out of the Mattel shipping box and putting it into an actual Amazon box. So if you get a delivery driver that is a wrestling fan, or at least knowledgeable of what is sought after and what they should steal to scalp, once they see that box that says EXACTLY what's inside, it's game over and you aren't getting your package.

Most people don’t know the reselling value of items. To most people a $20 figure is just that. They won’t understand it’s exclusive or resell value etc

It’s like they charged people and created shipping info but never sent anything to begin with.

My HBK was set to deliver a day earlier than expected, but then late that day it was marked as "delayed" because the delivery guy "needed a security code to gain access" to my home - I know this was a lie because I live in a duplex that's open street. There's no gate, you just drive up the driveway and leave it at my door, no fuss. This delivery guy saw "Apt A" in my address and thought to himself "I can go home early, this dude lives in an apartment. I can claim no access because of the gate." It did show up the next day without issues, though. Interesting, I wonder where he got that "security code" he needed.

This is why people give delivery personnel such a hard time. Which, in your case, is warranted. Just sucks they can’t do their job the right way and in the end, make us all look bad.

I wasn’t too put out by it, ultimately, I’m just glad it showed up with as many “undeliverable” issues these HBKs and Goldbergs seem to be having. Just thought this was worth noting in the never-ending saga of Amazon’s inability to deliver what they promise when it comes to Mattel’s WWE line.

Well I've joined the "undeliverable" club on HBK. Mine shipped ahead of schedule, arrived at the local delivery hub not far from my house, and then disappeared. After 4 days it scanned back through the same fulfillment center and said it is on the way back to Amazon, which is really annoying. I ordered another Shawn while the first one was still lost but the new one has an October arrival date. And my Hogan from 12 months ago still has not shipped. On the plus side, I did get my Amazon exclusive Young Bucks 3 days after ordering. So why are the UEs so hard to fulfill orders on?
