Seems like Amazon is pulling a fast one on some of us, multiple people from all over the US have been saying their hogans, hbks and Goldberg have been “undeliverable” it comes very close to your home then goes further and then becomes undeliverable and returned back to seller, does anyone have any ideas what’s going on? please if this has been done to you share your story and let me know if this issue ever got resolved for you
Speaking to customer service, they claim it’s taken care of and I will get my package in 24 hours, I do not trust them tho

I had this same thing happen awhile back and found out after that fact that it was due to road work. They ended up delivering it again in a day or two.

Problem is they want to cancel the order, a simple delay in shipping is nothing to worry about, but canceling a order that is no longer available sucks In the times that it’s happen to me I’ve never seen them ask you to cancel? They give you the option to cancel because of the delay, but I mean that’s good customer service? Like if you def needed it by that day. |

Hey, at least they deliver your package... They just leave my package in the lobby area, where plenty of packages have been stolen from.

My "undeliverable" HBK Ultimate had to be CANCELED completely. It went from location to locaction then delayed in my state, then "undeliverable" then "cancelled". Just go read my posts in the HBK thread. A lot of us have gotten a real raw deal and I'd like to really know how it's happening.
HBK went up for Pre-order in JUNE. I ordered 2. Then they were released to the public at some point in the past month or so? WELL...those orders shipped out to most people meanwhile tons of us who Pre-ordered in June are stuck with nothing.
In the end...the Amazon rep put in another order for me for August 25th so I should end up getting them....but what about people getting screwed like this and the product they pre-ordered is no longer available? That's not right. This needs to be ironed out.

i actually just had a star wars black series figure get marked undeliverable and ive been shopping with amazon for a LONG time. this has never happened before

So get this, on the phone with a Amazon rep, they tell me it’s available used for $20 but in good condition, but it’s for pre order on the October 15th??? The rep lost her mind reading this and couldn’t explain it and was genuinely wondering herself what’s going on, so she sent me the link to order it and it’s showing me the dreaded dog and the “uh oh” but she says she can add it to her cart but I can’t? There is something crazy going on, how can you buy a used item in very good condition for pre order? |

Can confirm, same exact thing happened to me. HBK was shipped and supposedly made it all the way to my “local carrier facility” and then…radio silence for days until they send me a message saying basically we have no idea what happened to your crapso either wait and hope it shows up or cancel for a refund. WTF?! |

Hbk shipped, made it to carrier fulfiller city 20 minutes away, delayed for two days, then they canceled it and it was shipped back to amazon. No option to cancel, they did it on their end. I contacted customer service and they are supposedly sending a replacement due Aug 25th. Im not going to hold my breath though.
