Flash Funk would be cool. The Jakks Bone crunching one was one of my favorite figures. Hakushi could be a really cool figure.. Rock N Roll Express are probably my 2nd biggest tag team want after Steiner Brothers. Patriot would be nice to see.

D'lo Brown, Brian Christopher, Headbangers, Truth Commission, R&R express, Midnights, Kaientai, Taka, Patriot, Sultan, Essa Rios, and Al Snow are barely or not at all of New Generation era.

I’m not a new gen guy. Hopefully we get that UE Jarrett or I’m majorly bummed. I went with Cornette. Marlena would have been second choice …the rest, I would only buy the Godwins. And Al Snow I want but must fit in attitude era

Definitely the Godwins and Headbangers. We are seriously lacking in New Gen and Attitude Era tag teams. Just the fact that we’ll never get Owen Hart or Chris Benoit alone eliminates a ton of tag teams from those eras.

Don't really consider a lot of these guys as New Generation era. I know some consider 1997 as still the new generation period, but it was more of a transitional year from the New Generation into the Attitude Era. By late 1996, and into early 1997, they had already switched gears and started offering more "adult" entertainment and storylines. They also started to go away from the more cartoonish characters to more realistic characters/people. Also, Saba Simba was in the company in 1990 and 1991, so he wasn't around for the New Generation Era.
From the list, I went with Crush, both Kona and Evil Crush versions are needed. Jim Cornette would be my #2 pick.
Others that could have made the list: the Quebecers, the Steiner Brothers, Kwang, Damien Demento, Max Moon, Sparky Plugg, Barry Horowitz, Giant Gonzalez, Mr. Hughes, the Heavenly Bodies, Men on a Mission, MVP, Bastion Booger, Adam Bomb, Well Dunn, Duke the Dumpster Droese, Luna Vachon, British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith, Dink, Evil Tatanka, King Kong Bundy, New Headshrinkers, Aldo Montoya, Mantaur, Man Mountain Rock, Jean-Pierre Lafitte, the Blu Brothers, Uncle Zebekiah, Roadie, manager Ted DiBiase, Mr. Fuji, Nikolai Volkoff, Shinja, Sir Mo, Bertha Faye, Waylon Mercy, Marty Jannetty, Techno Team 2000, Rad Radford, Ahmed Johnson, New Rockers, Rowdy Roddy Piper (1994, 1996), Marc Mero, Sable, and Justin Hawk Bradshaw.

Mid-late '97 was not New Generation, regardless of what anyone claims...The product was not any more attitudinal in the months following the Screwjob than it was in the months prior to it. I'd say it ended with RAW going to 2 hours, becoming 'RAW is WAR', adopting the titantron, and the Bret/Austin double-turn, all of which happened within a month or so.
That being said, I'll take all of the above, and also Furnas and Lafon.

I'm in the camp that doesn't feel there's a concrete day The New Gen stopped and Attitude started. Late '96 & '97 both have strong elements of "Attitude" (Chyna's introduction, the ECW crossovers, Steve Austin becoming Stone Cold). When Raw transitioned away from the smaller arenas and started using the big tron and grated ramp to me is the best visual cue of when the two eras really split apart. The New Generation is defined more by the cartoon like characters, occupational gimmicks, the aforementioned small arenas and Manhattan Center Raws.
Having said that I went with Kona Crush. I'd love too see a good chunk of these, but from this list, he's the one that hasn't been made yet, and fits in with the New Gen. But anyone from Mania's 9 & 10 would do. Stieners are still my most wanted. The Smoking Guns would be cool because they still have Billy Gunn for now, but I don't want him without Bart; and would Bart even sell?

I went with the Headbangers but there are easily at least 10 additional on that list that are long overdue.

I'm not a New Gen guy either. I want more Monday Night Wars characters... Particularly WCW...

Isnt the Backlund Mattel made from the 90s era? I always thought that anyway.
New generation isnt really my era but would be very excited to see a Bull Nakano and Hakushi made.
