It's weird to think of the RnRs as New Gen.
Anyway, all I really need is Bull Nakano, but I would probably buy a Patriot if they release one.

Isnt the Backlund Mattel made from the 90s era? I always thought that anyway.
New generation isnt really my era but would be very excited to see a Bull Nakano and Hakushi made. Yes. The elite Bob Backlund was more 1994 than his late 70s / early 80s run. |

Popularity alone means Ahmed Johnson should be here. That guy was getting super positive reactions early in his run before all the constant injuries killed his momentum.

While the starts and ends of "eras" is always a bot spotty to say definitively, I think the absolute latest one could stretch New Gen to is March of 97, with the disastrous RAW from Germany and then transition to Raw is War and Russo on the creative team being the Attitude Era (and even then, the product had really turned in Fall of 96) but that being said, there's a few names from this list I'd want, but probably my biggest want isn't here: a HEEL 1-2-3 Kid. I know some people are sick of Waltman figures, but I really really want that era and it's never been covered in figure form.

Lots and lots of figures I want from this list. Really hard for me to narrow it down to one vote.
I voted for the Godwinns. Although, I could see my vote change to the Headbangers, Blackjacks, or Truth Commission very easily. I want more tag teams from this era.

I wonder if they could do a 2-in-1 with Too Much and Too Cool? Do one of their simpler bright attires from Shotgun Saturday Night, like the florescent orange or green one as the base attire that is painted-on, then as their accessories include their earlier gear as soft goods since it is baggy anyway. I remember them wearing some low deco stuff early on, like baggy jeans and a tank top for GMS, and the black jean jacket outfit for Scotty. I feel like you could cost it out that way, but the more elaborate stuff could definitely deserve another release, possibly a 3-pack with Rikishi or something now that they're doing them for Amazon. Do the white/black squiggle attire for that, and Rikishi doesn't really need accessories aside from the yellow glasses.
Also, I really want The Headbangers. Their CS figures that got cancelled didn't look great, but it made me really want to see how Mattel would tackle it.
