Long story short...
I had a poor experience dealing with Jazzwares and a broken figure. Got Unmatched 4 from Ringside. Jade's wrist was broken. Ringside is clear about being not responsible for broken figures, which is cool. Contacted Jazzwares. Had to jump through an enormous amount of hoops, which is cool; they want to ensure they're not being ripped off. Once I submitted all the needed info., I was told that the figure could not be replaced, and I could choose from a list of the Unmatched 3 pegwarmers. Needless to say, I was so pissed. Once I find a Jade in the wild, I will return the broken Jade. I would recommend not even contacting Jazzwares over a broken figure, just return it.

Something similar happened to me. Contacted them, had to select from a list of peg warmers, they shipped it out and said it was supposed to be here last Friday, but Fed Ex said they never even recieved the package and Jazwares has stopped responding to my my follow up emails lol.
Stunning customer service

Jazwares CS recently sent me replacements for Series 1 Cody & Series 4 Ortiz, so I've got nothing but praise for them.
If you don't find Jade at retail by then, maybe try again with customer service in a couple of weeks? Couldn't hurt to try.

Amazing how bad distribution is that even they don’t have them

I've noticed that when opening a aew figure. they're so tight in the plastic that I have to snap the figure in half to get it out
