Changing out arms with Pins

So I wanted to get the UE Flair and SCSA, but I’m only buying newer figures that do not have pins in the arms.

My question is, could I buy newer elites of both figures that are pinless and just replace the arms? Are they just pop and play or is there more to it?

Bought the Wrestlemania 38 Austin and the Elite 92 Flair. You have to heat the arms to pop them off at the upper bicep but the fit well and the skins tones match perfectly.
