Just wondering if Mattel ever made a Randy Orton from 2009 when he shaved his head bald? I’m thinking they must have because I have the Battle Pack of Orton and Mason Ryan and that Orton head has no hair sculpt whatsoever and an ugly splotch of brown paint to pass as hair. So they had to have made that sculpt for a reason, right?

Most of his figures always had some kind of hair, even if it was just stubble. I think this might be the least amount of hair he ever had for a Mattel figure:

Yes, but it still has the painted hair/stubble on it. I don't think they've done a completely bald Orton. Might be a good choice for a future Top Picks wave tbh. Update the Elite 2 similar to how they just updated that early Cena elite.

Update the Elite 2 similar to how they just updated that early Cena elite. I would love a bald Orton in a Top Picks wave. They could even give him a 2nd head with hair, too. I want a bald Orton to represent his heel run from that era. I think every Orton I have with the full sleeve tattoos has a beard.

Good memories from the last few years wrestling was watchable

The closest would be first year or so of elites. They didn’t have the ability to do deco that good back then so it’s molded to be bald but has thick paint. They should do a new elite or ultimate of that era, they could do it right now with TrueFX

Some acetone can easily convert that sculpt into a bald head

Closest is Kmart exclusive steel cage Orton: Yup. That figure was, if I remember correctly, the same as basic series 3 but with a much lighter paint job on the hair so it’s the best likeness for when he was bald.

Some acetone can easily convert that sculpt into a bald head I thought acetone can damage the plastic.

Acetone is fine to use on heads, arms, legs (except the hips), and boots. The issue with acetone is that it eats up the hard plastic on the torsos and crotch pieces.
