Hello everyone, I would appreciate your help. I ordered the ultimate edition ring. I received a message that the "ring is on its way" to my address. It was sent to me on 23.08.2022. Almost two months passed since then. Mattel Creations does not respond to my emails. what can be done? Is filing a lawsuit an option?  ![]() |

A lawsuit?β¦. Yeah, no. Call and talk to them. Best bet there. Looking at the email address, Iβm speculating youβre overseas so itβs probably just taking a while due to international shipping and customs.

they dont answers through emails..call the customer number of your country, you will receive the code in 3 minutes.

Is filing a lawsuit an option? ![]() The only option you've got is to call the international customer services number:- 1-201-443-1091. Ask for your tracking information and put that in the landmark global tracking. As your in Israel, once its arrived, it will be delivered by whatever local courier service you have there. Im in the UK and its an understatement in saying international collectors have been experiencing delivery issues. |

I wasn't even advised to file a lawsuit when my landlord broke our contract and took over the contracted 1 month to return my $1,000 security deposit (who when finally gave it back kept 20% with no explanation).
