Hello everyone, I would appreciate your help. I ordered the ultimate edition ring. I received a message that the "ring is on its way" to my address. It was sent to me on 23.08.2022. Almost two months passed since then. Mattel Creations does not respond to my emails. what can be done? Is filing a lawsuit an option? Yes. I totally think you should sue.

Have u got tracking. Mattel have sent a few generic emails stating they have a back log of queries, so if you only sent an email in the last 2 weeks you’re probably still in the queue. As others have said, try and call them. I’d suggest you don’t demand anything, and seek assistance, without the treat of a lawsuit ~ Mattel is global brand, international shipping is slooooooow at the moment, and it’s likely coming by boat. If you have tracking and it doesn’t say delivered, you are probably still fine, yes even after this long. Once you’ve done all of the above, and if Mattel confirms they are not going to replace it (assuming it’s lost, which after 8 weeks it isn’t, it very likely just delayed somewhere) then contact your bank and see if they’ll cover it, they hit eBay while the market is down and buy a replacement. No you won’t get it for retail but these things happen. Good luck, I hope it arrives soon for ya.

The only time i got through and got an answer was when i called the american customer service. It had nothing to to with tracking though.

Mine didn't turn up either. I didn't file a lawsuit though, I just called them and got a refund - but hey, you do you.

Customer service takes approximately a month to get back to you, you can ask your bank or credit card provider for a refund, it'll be a long process though.

I will say this, a "refund" seems kinda weak when it costs 2x or more to replace the exact same items.
