Why this year's WWE Crown Jewel may have no women's matches

It’s worth noting that neither Ronda Rousey nor Bianca Belair are advertised for the WWE Crown Jewel PLE on Saturday, November 5th which may explain why no women’s matches have been announced so far as I heard rumors that Belair will be in Knoxville that day for the Georgia vs. Tennessee football game while Rousey will likely be spending time with her husband and daughter. Should there be a women's match, it may be a battle royal that will take place on the kickoff show. Thoughts?
