Main roster wise, Seth is the biggest question mark. Granted we just got the biggest star in the company a couple series ago.

As far as current roster, Rollins is the big one followed by Rey (though for an Ultimate, I think a classic attire would be more appropriate)

Out of the classics its kind odd we havent seen Andre yet. I would have said Foley but his legends deal seems to always be on and off probably causing scheduling issues.
Out of the current roster Seth stands out the most followed by Orton.
