WCW matches that jump out at me: - Booker T vs Chris Benoit
- Kanyon vs Saturn
- Chris Jericho vs Dean Malenko
- Chavo Guerrero Jr. vs Eddie Guerrero
- Booker T vs Fit Finlay
- Sting vs The Giant
WWF matches that jump out at me (keeping in mind we don't quite know what we are getting with the HIAC match or who will be in the KOTR finals): - The Rock vs Dan Severn
- X-Pac vs Owen Hart
- The Undertaker vs Mankind
- Kane vs Stone Cold Steve Austin
This one is harder for me. WCW has more matches I care about, but some are rematches and the storylines are starting to lose me so my overall interest in them is waning. WWF only has 2 matches I really care about, but they are very intriguing. I'm giving this one to WWF.

WWF, the Austin/McMahon/Kane/Taker angle was interesting.

I go with WWF as well. The Austin/Kane match is interesting because it's so set up for Kane to win but I can't see them taking the title off Austin yet. Plus Taker vs Mankind, but the rest of the card is lacking
But on WCW side beside Booker T/Benoit and Goldberg, nothing is of interest. I really had no desire to watch The Giant at this point (Wasn;t this when he was doing the smoking gimmick?)

WWF gets my vote for June based solely on the HITC match, going in I remember being excited for it based on highlights of the original, hadn’t seen it in full yet at this point just the highlights, and wanting to see how this one would play out. Needless to say, I would have made the right decision.

I have to go WCW again. There were at least five (maybe six) matches I cared about there and only two for the WWF.

WWF - that cell match is probably the most historic thing about wrestling from 1998 aside from Austin’s rise to the title

WCW matches that jump out at me: - Raven vs Saturn
- Juventud Guerrera vs Kidman
- Eddie Guerrero vs Chavo Guerrero Jr.
- Rey Misterio Jr. vs Chris Jericho
- Booker T vs Bret Hart
- Goldberg vs Curt Hennig
WWF matches that jump out at me: - Val Venis vs Jeff Jarrett
- D'Lo Brown vs X-Pac
- Mark Henry vs Vader
- The Disciples of Apocalypse vs LOD 2000
- Owen Hart vs Ken Shamrock
- The Rock vs Triple H
- Jacqueline vs Sable
- Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Undertaker vs Kane and Mankind
The tide is changing for me for sure around this time. WCW was still putting on good matches and OK storylines, but WWF was really picking up storyline-wise (still wasn't as crazy about the in-ring work for some of these guys, but at least I really cared for the stories by this point). I'm giving this one to WWF.

Tough in the sense that hardly any matches from either are standing out for me.
I’ll go WWF based on the Triple H v Rock match. What a great series they had throughout their respective careers.

Man this is tough,
I was huge into the NBA in the 90s so while I get the Rodman and Malone stuff was not for everyone, I freaking loved it and at the time if I am being honest as much as I was all in on Austin and the WWF Attitude, it did give WCW a bit of a shot in the arm for me. Plus, I was into Bret Hart vs Booker T as well.
While I was all in on the Austin hype train, the tag team main event at Fully Loaded did not actually do a great deal for me. Rock vs HHH I was into and of course being a teenager at the time, the bikini contest was something I really wanted to see.......
You know, I think I am going to have to give it to WCW this month.

For July I gotta go with WWF.
During that summer, I was so far removed from WCW and so into WWF that WWF had me won over at everything they were doing.
So WWF gets my pick!

Wwe on this one, both cards are rough but Triple H vs The Rock and the main event tag had months long builds.

I'm going to go with the WWF, the Austin/McMahon stuff was really kicking into high gear at this time.

This is tough because there was No Sting, Steiners, Hall or Benoit on WCW’s card and I didn’t care for Greene, Rodman and Malone wrestling so the only matches I really cared about on this card were… Jericho vs Rey Mysterio Jr Booker T vs Bret Hart Goldberg vs Curt Hennig
And the WWF had The Disciples of Apocalypse (with Paul Ellering) vs LOD 2000 The Rock vs. Triple H (with Chyna) Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Undertaker vs Kane and Mankind
So I think I need to go WCW because Bret is in my “Top 3” and LOD 2000 loses some points because even though it was Hawk and Animal I was not a fan of their LOD 2000 look.
