If they could figure out a way to do an exclusive threesome or something. Stick in Chyna, Trish and some randomer from the current roster. At least it'd sell and you could price it somewhat competitively. There's really no point in sending it out as a general release for stores, because we know the women struggle to sell in the first place and many likely still have Chyna on their shelves.
You'd have to try to do it in a way that makes it worth bothering with.

As far as who I would personally want, and not who I think could make Mattel money, I would love Ivory. Her standard wrestling gear but with removable cloth RTC gear that goes over it. Head swap of 99 her, RTC her, and 2002 her.

A Chyna Ultimate would be awesome. I would like to see something from late 1999 when she was at her peak feuding with Jarret over the IC title. The Chyna Elite from the 2-pack is still one of my favorite figs.
With that said, I voted for Asuka. We need her to be released with her entrance robe at least once and the Ultimate line is the only way to do that.
My far-fetched suggestion is Sable. I would like to see an Ultimate based on Survivor Series 1998, including a swappable head with hair down, Women's belt, and a Sable Bomb t-shirt.
