Gutted that we nearly had this set this year! Steve said the Retailer didn’t want it 😩 Imagine a glittery Union Jack and Brets soft goods jacket. Hopefully it’ll get a release one day 🤞    |

Would have been cool and I’d welcome more Bret Ultimates, but I really don’t want two figuring packing like that. Wouldn’t go with the display of the others that well as the box would stick out much farther on the shelf. If they had done it I’d prefer special packaging like the exclusive two packs so far (NHB/Coliseum Collection).

Didn’t they get released individually as elites?? The elites happened because the retailer didn’t want this set apparently. Wish it was a Mattel Creations exclusive instead. |

Those didn’t need to be UE IMO. I think they were executed just fine as elites.

That Bret jacket is sick. I've never seen it before. I hope we get some more UE two packs. I think it would be the perfect way to reincarnate rivalries. You could have a fantasy Monday Night Wars for example.

Was this ever going to be a thing? Because I think this is the first I am hearing of it. And if a retailer declined it I would think they would offer it to RSC like they did the Shield Angle when TRU closed.

AFA mentioned it was planned in his Q&A thread, he said the retailer declined, so the figures were moved to elites in the summer slam wave. |

If the Elite was any indication, Bulldog would’ve looked ridiculous with the UE Ultimate Warrior torso.
Some non DH Smith looking heads would’ve been nice though.

I'm glad, since I didn't need a SS 92 Bret. I’d rather have a WM 8 Bret Ultimate and a WCW gold trimmed Bulldog.  |

It was the jacket he wore at SSL92 and WM8, by Survivor Series 92 he wasn't wearing the jacket anymore. |
