Has anyone who sent back their new generation ring for a replacement got one back yet? It's been 4 months and I'm still without a ring or any updates. I called today only to be told the item is still in production and they have no update on when I'll receive one.

This is exactly why I declined to send mine back for a missing battery door on the entrance stage. Took a $50 courtesy credit instead

This is exactly why I declined to send mine back for a missing battery door on the entrance stage. Took a $50 courtesy credit instead I definitely would of if they gave me the option this is becoming ridiculous |

I had the same issue, mine was missing the underside hooks so the apron wouldn't attached at the bottom and I had to send it back. I went 3 months without a replacement so I posted in the Q&A thread to Steve and he responded pretty quickly and spoke with customer service for me. It took about a week but I received my replacement, no shipping notification though, it just showed up one day. |

This is why I really hope they make a Golden Era ring. My ring was fine, but I’m really paranoid about some kind of mishap and a piece breaks off. I accidentally kicked one of the posts stepping over the ring and thankfully the way I kicked it made the frame the post was inserted into disconnect from the other frame piece and averted any damage. But if my foot hit from any other side, that post would’ve snapped in half. Gave me a huge panic attack. And now I’ve got it set up where I can’t trip over or kick it.
But that Attitude Era ring, I’m gonna try and snag an extra one eventually just in case I need replacement parts.

Great idea for the replacement parts hopefully they start having more parts available once the second ring is out. I went to order the Attitude Era ring only to see they pulled it off Ringside so hopefully it will be back soon. |

I’ve not had room for mine so I haven’t even tried to set mine up yet….damn I may have to check but I bet there isn’t much could be done st this point,
