A few days ago I placed an order for Ringside’s Cyber Monday sale for around $129. When I had completed the order, I realized I had forgotten to put in the code for free shipping. I emailed Ringside and asked if they could apply the code. They told me that they couldn’t because I had chosen Priority Shipping, but offered to apply the 10% off code and refund me $12.99. I hadn’t even asked about getting a different code applied and honestly they could have just said “sorry.” They didn’t have to do that and I thought that was very cool of them, especially during what must be the busiest time of year for them.
There is often a lot of negativity on these boards, so I just thought I’d express my appreciation.

I had a similar experience with Ringside a couple of years ago. I messed up my order, emailed them, they were quick to respond and adjusted the order as I asked. Very good customer service.

I’ve always appreciated ringside. I buy less these days but not because of them. I miss when I was desperate to get a new release and would preorder there..I did it a lot in the beginning. Only once was there ever an issue I had to contact them but they responded immediately and fixed my situation. I don’t even remember what it was exactly, but it was great customer service

All of the staff works hard throughout the year but during the holidays they work very long hours and are extremely busy, things are chaotic during this time of the year. And often there's some negativity they have to deal with but with the holiday season it's just amplified that much more. I will let them know about this post, it comes at a perfect time! I really appreciate this and the Ringside staff will appreciate it even more. Thank you again and have a great holiday! I think Ringside's service is great. The last time I ordered, which was during the release of the Wolfpac Exclusive Sting, my figure had some bad QC issues. They were nice enough to exchange it for me. I appreciate them.

I’ve never had a bad experience buying from Ringside. Always came away with exactly what I wanted. Hell, one time they gifted me a figure when I should’ve only received five of the six in a set (and I’ve gotta say, RA11 Rene Dupree became my favorite of the series, so I made it count lol). Sure, I may have complaints with Mattel’s quality control on occasion, but I never place blame at the feet of the fine folks who do the heavy lifting fulfilling my orders. I greatly appreciate the service that Ringside has personally provided me over the past 21 years and I hope they’ll be around for as long as wrestling figures are sold (or I’m alive, whichever unfortunate demise happens first).

I haven't had to contact Ringside customer service too many times, but every time I have, it's been an absolutely fantastic experience. Easily some of the best customer service around.

I’ve had a feel good story from ringside this year too.
Moved house and one of my pre orders I forgot to change address. Realized it had shipped ages ago and checked. Realized my error and took it on the chin and reordered the two figures.
Month or so after that I see a refund pop up in my emails. Seems they had been returned to sender and RSC without being asked issued a refund. That’s classy.

Honestly out of every website I have brought from Ringside is definitely has the best customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I experienced the exact same thing the op experienced and even more. Honestly they are the best.

I've never had a issue that hasn't been fixed with Ringside. If there is any problem (maybe once a year,tops) its fixed within one email sent and they go beyond what anyone could expect. I made a black Friday order last week and within a week,I've already received everything in perfect condition.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Ringside, and even if I had a problem, they’d solve it quickly. It’s been my go-to spot for buying Mattel WWE figures since the early 2010s.
