Soft goods. His Defining moments Hart Foundation black jacket is the perfect example of what works!

No offense to the soft goods fans, but it just looks like complete crap. The shoulder pads never look good, detail/texture is lost, it's just not optimal aesthetically.

Articulated, always. I know that soft goods appeals a lot to the Barbie/dress-up doll collector mindset, but it always looks bad at this scale. The detail is never there and the sizing and material thickness is always way off. The swappable arms Ultimate Edition approach to jackets and coats is the best solution that any wrestling toymaker has come up with.

With the rare exceptions of some Flair robes, soft goods just look awful on wrestling figures, IMO.
The detail just cannot work in that scale when you're using fabric. Take the RSC nWo Macho Man's sculpted shirt versus the ultimate edition's weird triangle cut sleeves for example.

simple/plain jackets or vests should be soft goods. jackets with detail that would look better sculpted should have swappable arms. finer details rarely turn out well with soft goods.
this isn't limited to the hart foundation. i feel this way about most entrance attires. and on the same note, hats and glasses should be sculpted too if they're going to utilize swappable heads. one head with the cranial accessories(any mitch hedberg fans here? lol), another head or two without them and different facial expressions

As it was, his mask looked like it was about three inches thick.
