What is everyone's thoughts on the jacket for the inevitable Hart Foundation Ultimate Editions. Would you prefer soft goods or existing Ultimate Edition style like the image below?

Soft goods every time.
It's criminal that in the last 12 years Mattel has made only one single Bret Hart figure with a soft goods jacket.

The existing UE style would be perfect. No need for soft goods.

I like the hard jackets with the articulation like the first Bret UE had. Sometimes soft goods can be baggy or ill fitting, or just look like crap, ie the New Gen Macho jacket.

Or that early prototype of the UE Cody. I realize it’s not the final version but as of now Jazwares version looks much better.

I’d go with the sculpted current ultimate jacket

The jacket worked so well on Brets UE I'd have zero objection to its return in a HF set.

I think soft goods looks terrible and I’ll fitting, but sometimes the plastic ones are impossible to remove or put on (like the jazwares SCU ones) seems like UE came up with a good compromise in the switchable arms, but I don’t have any of those ones, and I’m suspicious the arms eventually get loose and fall off on their own if u play with them

I mainly prefer soft goods, but honestly I wouldn't mind the half rubber/half articulated ones we're getting. My only problem is they still have arm pegs so it looks odd when you have pegless regular arms and jacket arms with pegs. With that being said, the only thing is that a soft goods Bret jacket gives you the option to put his jacket in his classic pose with it being halfway down. Also, if it's not a WCW black singlet Bret or SS '97 UE, I don't want it. We also need the salmon Bret re-released in accurate colors and deco change. It's still a huge want and I hate the one I have.

I’m happy either way, as long as the come with the belts.
BTW, is this purely speculative ? Or did I miss something?

Articulated Ultimate Edition style. I feel like I'm in the minority but I feel soft goods really doesn't look good in this scale. I always feel they are oversized.

I believe I would prefer the existing style
hart foundation with bret and jim would be an excellent choice for the coliseum collection

This would be very cool but a) I’d want soft goods and b) I’d want them to do hart foundation stable 1997 again before the early years tag team.
We need an ultimate Bret to go with the Shawn we have for The screw job.
