I have a floating shelf from Home Depot I have some on and a detolf I have some in. For risers I used the ones from smaller joes. I love the clear look.

I had a lot of figures mint on card and I would keep them MOC if the packaging was in good nick. If the packaging was squashed/torn I would take the figures out to display. More recently I started to buy loose figures in ‘like new’ condition and have been finding enjoyment in posing them, so, I very carefully started taking figures off of the card. My older son likes this very much! He’s allowed to play with them if he’s careful.
I use a ‘storage cube’ bookshelf. Wrestling with the idea of getting a glass cabinet, fitting it with lights and adding some acrylic shelving. I just feel like if I keep buying at the rate I am that I will need more glass cabinets and I will get in more trouble from “the boss”.

Nice guys! Very good stuff and ideas. Where can I order the rising tiers to add rows of figs to a shelf? If you’re happy to spend a bit more, there are lots of acrylic companies that can make bespoke for the shelves you get. That’s what I did, in clear acrylic and I love the look.

I think acrylic shelving is the way to go regardless of whether you’re using a book shelf or a class cabinet. Being able to see the characters and all their different colours is important. At the same time I’m happy to hide some at the very back.

I never so much as held a Mattel until 6 months ago and spent about $3,000 on a whim getting whatever. It struck me about 40 dolls in that those things are HUGE. The safe taken up creeps up on you really fast. I mounted them to a pink desk I bought on which to study back during Covid when I couldn't go to the monastery, then no longer needed it since a headboard pillow I bought from AliExpress (and a new mattress) made the desk strictly decorative. I never counted how many I have (maybe 120), but it has filled my desk, a massive Care Bears handbag, and one of my dressers. It's making me want to get rid of them. It's not like the Hasbros or BCAs that I remember, and I only bought the initial lines of Classic Superstars (up to Series 5).
As much as I like having a lot of these, especially now that the costumes are so immaculate and the face spans are pristine, it's hard to justify further investment despite the constant temptations. I pretty much never watch any wrestling and barely do with the 80's stuff that I once loved so much. I don't feel inclined to have a shrine devoted to this collection when we buy a home in the Northeast. I'd imagine most here live in pretty huge homes. My apartment is about 550 sq feet, my room barely over a 100. Even if we did put in $650,000 to get a 2300 sq foot home, the collection feels taxing, especially since books, Catholic relics, and sabers take up and will continue to take up a lot less space.
Add in the cool rings to be released like that Raw is War ring. I haven't purchased the New Generation ring. Those things take up a huge amount of space, especially for something to which I don't feel attached except to be like "Cool, that gear is pretty," after having spent $200.

Seeing as how I have minimal space and I want maximum figure display, I got four (yes, I'm up to four now) of those 5 tiered, 24x36 black garage shelves from Lowes, and then built them into display shelves using black foam board. It takes a ton of work to build them because you have to use foam core to put down a base piece, a back piece, and then build two sets of risers for each shelf. But I've found that you can build risers with 1 inch steps up to 6 tiers high for them and stand most WWE figures on them. The way I have them set up, I can fit about 70 figures per tier, using the top 3 shelves, and then I use the bottom for storage. Works great in my tiny apartment. Here's a photo of my one Women's shelf I took recently.

My one bedroom is only about 600 square feet and half the living room is nothing but shelves. I have literally gotten rid of most of my furniture so I have room for shelves. I got rid of my TELEVISION so I could buy more wrestling figures. I literally have no functional way to watch live wrestling anymore and I'm still buying wrestling figures. I'm hoping to upgrade to a two bedroom sometime this year (happy new year btw) because if I do, I can have a nice apartment and an entire spare bedroom that is nothing but figures. It's kinda awkward though. People love to come over to my apartment and look at all the figures. Some people even want to take pictures. They think they're awesome... right until they want to sit down and realize there are no good chairs in here.

I got rid of my TELEVISION so I could buy more wrestling figures. Hey in my defense, I have auditory and visual sensitivity issues and actually sitting down to watch an episode of anything is utter hell for me. If I want to watch something, it has to be in small chunks. I tried watching the Stadium Stampede match three nights ago. Got 18 minutes in and had to go lie down in the dark. When I ditched the TV, I hadn't turned the thing on in 2 years. It's not that big a loss for me.

I did the same, you can get them at homedepot and they work perfectly. The only thing mine are 5 feet long and 12 inches wide so they get a big space. Also did the same for my WWE Funko Pop Collection. I will post pics tomorrow. Yea mine were bought at Home Depot as well...I went with the 3ft sections but Im afraid Im starting to regret it lol...I think Im gonna have to buy more and extend up higher which would require moving the wrestling art prints. That is true while the collection grows we need more shelves and more space. Here is part of my collection that is on display. Attachment DeletedAttachment DeletedAttachment Deleted

They think they're awesome... right until they want to sit down and realize there are no good chairs in here. That's pretty cool actually lol. I'd NEVER show anyone my collection. I grew up in a really conservative town, so being a female collector was kind of abnormal. Weirdly enough, my dad never seemed bothered by it. My mother and brother did make a stink about it. I get where you're coming from though. Thing is, I'd never get rid of my furniture. It was very tight before I started buying a lot of these six months ago. It's like a dresser crushed up to the centimeter next to my vanity, a desk across, then a bookshelf moonlighting as a closet, next to a coffee table, next to a mirror, next to a full-sized bed with a canopy on top where I store about 20 pillows, flowers, and bears. My husband's room moonlights as his office space. Then we have two cats with their litter boxes in a narrow hallway, and a kitchen that's packed with jars, machines, spices, and pots. It's really tight. Thanks. I hope you have a great New Year too. That was a critical day for my work. It was about 4 days straight of non-stop work. Ended up with a crazy dream, solving an issue I've been trying to fix for 8 years that a logician likened to topology, and fixed a really weird linguistics issue. It was nice for the Heavens to play a piano for me and to give me two revelations, one which bothered my husband all day long since it was true, I had no way of knowing what I said, and it was just one sentence. The other had to do with my work, which will be very controversial. If you're interested in purchasing anything, please let me know. I've been procrastinating and can just PM you my Mercari account for a third party thing. I might make the prices very low since I'm wanting to get rid of it. No idea what I'm going to keep, if anything. It's just doing it. I can get paralyzed for days when I'm working on my project.

Awesome. I love how you integrate the Titan Trons on it. I bought a Super Stunners Gangrel not long ago. It fits perfectly. That's great if I want to continue because they're cheaper and Mattel never made a certain Hardy Boyz outfit from 2001. I loved the Crash Holly. Very nice set up, including the lights.

When I ditched the TV, I hadn't turned the thing on in 2 years. It's not that big a loss for me. TV is weird. I never got used to 3-D games from the PlayStation. My husband had me watch an animation movie called "Cars." It was my first time and last time. The animation just looks weird. One thing that bothers me about WWE TV is how you can see every mark in someone's face. I might just never have noticed before, since some of the stuff on 1990 WWF TV on Peacock surprised me by how aged some of the characters were. (Ax looked really aged.) Still, if I'm going to watch a real life cartoon, I don't want to see their scars, wrinkles, and even their dried out skin. The lack of production intensity back then conveyed a better illusion that they were Roman gladiators. I can't get into AJ Styles for example. I'll see him on Raw and think to myself that he looks insanely aged. What's next? We can see their brain waves while they do a promo?

Well I collect mostly women's figures. I do keep my male legends on the top shelf. Women's roster on the second shelf. Women's Alumni on the third shelf

I’ve got about 550 wwe mattel and AEW Jazwares figures on two 5 tier shelves and one 3 tier shelf from the room essentials brand at target.
Billy’s with a corner set up is what I’d like to get to eventually.

Does anyone know where you can buy old school PPV/VHS posters/prints? I found a website once where you could and I was going to get some A3 size to put with my collection but I can’t seem to find it again…there must be some collectors out there who have these amongst their display?
