so is anyone going?? i do believe i’ll be there I haven’t talked myself out of it just yet. I’d be spending a grand to make it happen though so I’m not sure. where ya coming from? i’m driving about 8-9 hrs from new orleans! |

Seems like its a lock that Cody is winning this year's match. Seems like a real stick in the mud to hype it for weeks instead of just having him come out. The pop would be crazy even though everyone "knows" he's coming. Now we REALLY know he's coming and its just not the same moment.
Women's match really seems like they don't have any set in stone programs. I imagine Rhea wins it just considering how strong she's looked lately. Rhea Vs Bianca is a big time WrestleMania match. I hope they don't get cute and somehow add Becky or someone else to make it a triple threat. Bianca and Rhea have faced off in the last year or so but they haven't had a one-on-one match since February 2020 at TakeOver: Portland. Before that they had a pretty quick TV match on NXT in October 2019. I think a one-on-one is the best move and this is a good spot for Rhea to win.

Interested to see if Muta will be in the Rumble, I'm wondering if there was a deal made that would allow Nakamura to work that NOAH show in return Muta is an entry in the Rumble. Wouldn't be disappointed if he's not but would be a cool moment to have him there as a first time Rumble entrant.

I gotta feeling this years Rumbles will be good ones, last years men’s match was too lame.
Rock , Cody , Sami or Austin is winning. I’m not sure about the woman’s match tbh.

Cody deserves this win He does but it would be so predictable If he loses and they do a redemption arc of him working through his failure, it could be great. Just like HBK after his loss to Undertaker and setting up for their rematch |

Just like HBK after his loss to Undertaker and setting up for their rematch Sometimes predictable is what’s right I don’t completely disagree but HBK was bulletproof on that story. It’s what he retired on and he still didn’t beat Taker. Cody has never won a Rumble, been WWE champion, etc. If they’re gonna do all these puff pieces then they need to go ahead and puff his piece. |

I wonder who the surprises are this year, I’ve read WWE are more than happy with the planned surprises.
Last years was too dry but I’m hoping for X PAC, RVD, Carlito etc.

Why? Other than the storyline of winning the title for his family (which they need to build up), what possible reason does he "deserve" it? Sami "deserves" it. Edge "deserved" it when he came back the first time. Flair "deserved" it his first time. But ... Cody? Nah. Build your new character in WWE then win it next year.
