Id love to see them roll with Sami winning and going all in on the hot storyline but I’m good with Cody as well.
Either would be a good pick. At this point a Rock win would honestly be disappointing with everything going on thats clicking.

Why not? Other than the fact you don’t like Cody Says the guy with the Cody avatar and username. Let's get an objective reply.
I fully agree with you. Would I be okay with Cody winning? Sure. Do I think this is the right time to do it? Absolutely not. Cody being out for the past several months killed that momentum. Let him return and actually begin his redemption/story. Don’t just toss everything at him. There’s no build or pay off there. Had he not gotten injured, sure. There would’ve been plenty of time to build that story going into the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania, but his story is “I wanna win the title for my dad”. That’s it. There’s no rivalry with Cody and Roman. There’s no story, no interaction. Sami is flat out white hot right now. It’s organic. It’s very similar to Daniel Bryan in 2014. You don’t want fans booing Cody because he wasn’t “selected” by the fans. People wanna see Sami pushed, but are connecting with the character that wants to be accepted by The Bloodline. Once the turn happens, fans are going to want to see Sami get his revenge. That being said… if I’m a betting man (which thank god I’m not)… Sami gets his match at Elimination Chamber when he fails his “final test” tonight. Sami and Kevin align to take the titles from the Usos at WrestleMania. Cody wins the Rumble and beats Roman Reigns at WrestleMania.

Okay dude. You literally answered your own question after you asked it. You just don’t want Cody to win. A spade is a spade. And you DO want him to because you're a massive fan. That's why I said let's ask an objective poster why Cody deserves to win. Pretty simple.

We gonna get an objective reason for why it ain’t Sami?
Or are we just gonna try to force a DB 2014 story when it ain’t even there?
Cody is the story. Deal with it

I wouldn’t mind it happening.

Imo Rhea is the only answer for the women's Runmble,I don't have a idea who it could be if not her.
I love Sami and Cody,so either is cool with me. Story wise I say Sami overcoming the Bloodline and having his DB moment would be incredible and probably the way to go but Cody dethrone Roman at the biggest stage, walking out with both titles and showing Roman that there is more then one royal family in the business and Sami still getting his moment with his best friend in the buisness taking the titles from the Usos sounds just as good. Just keep the d@mn Rock out of the building and tonight gonna be fun.

Or are we just gonna try to force a DB 2014 story when it ain’t even there? It’s absolutely there. The underdog that the fans have organically made into a top name in the WWE. Even the aspect of “being held down for years” could be connected between the two. Cody is an option, no doubt. However, you can’t ignore that Sami’s story leading to him winning the Rumble makes sense. I personally think it’ll be Cody (or The Rock), but Sami makes sense.

There is a story that can be played out with him going after Roman. I definitely get all that But the fans are chanting Sami Uso. The fans fear for him when he’s in danger with the Bloodline. They want Sami Uso. So give them what they’re chanting for Edit: If I’m WWE, the men’s rumble is last. See how the night goes, however the stories play out. If you think the fans are gonna go nuts because Sami isn’t in the Rumble etc etc.. just save the 30 spot for Sami just in case If he comes out at 30 it’s a forgone conclusion

They want Sami Zayn to be happy and get what he wants. Once he’s no longer in The Bloodline and they beat him down, Sami Uso will be dead. During Monday’s trial and the tag match, it was “Sami” chants. The crowd wants Sami in all forms. Once he’s betrayed, nobody is going to want Sami Uso.

Very smart approach. You just gotta be careful with on-the-fly booking.
They just posted video of Owens arriving to the arena, wearing a “Sami Zayn Forever” shirt. I’m convinced Cody is winning the Rumble (or The Rock) and Sami and Kevin will challenge The Usos at Mania.

Anyone think we could possibly see Mark Briscoe in the Rumble? I don’t believe he’s signed to any exclusive deal with Ring of Honor, right? Considering he’s appeared with Impact, works HOG, etc.

Sorry for the mass posting. Extremely hyped for the Royal Rumble, but won’t be watching live tonight.
Small little game: If you had to pick someone BESIDES Cody Rhodes, Sami Zayn, The Rock and Steve Austin… Who would you say wins the Rumble?
My pick would be Sheamus.

I don't know how likely it is, but I love the idea of Muta making an appearance.

I think unless they can get the Rock,Sami/Roman at EC then Cody/Roman and Usos/KO&Sami is a lock for Mania. I just don't see them putting Sami in the main event at Mania. If this was Vince I say its a 0% chance but I guess Trips could surprise us. Its gonna be fun either way.
