Just having fun with the hobby! Wanted to share some of my newest stuff with the gang!
Added a jacket from Ralph's to Elite 38 Macho Man.... always bugged me, something seemed missing - now the figure seems complete!
I'm amazed at how Mattel is still cranking out new Macho Man attires... and I'm loving it! Remember when JAKKS didn't have the Macho Man license and we all wished for one Macho Man fig? Now we're getting tons - and I still want more!
Took the Elite #34 Hogan and sort of crossed him with a spare Ultimate Hollywood I picked up (for pretty cheap) - - - did a WWE-2003 Hollywood Hogan!
Also put this one together as my definitive "Hulkamania Hogan"!
I waited over a year for the Amazon Takeover figure - - - I don't care what you guys say. It's one of my favorites in my whole collection!
Mixed on the WMX8 Hollywood, it's one of my favorite looks for him. Wish they'd used a different torso & a darker skin tone.... but I still like the fig!
Thrilled that I was one of the lucky ones to score the "No Holds Barred" set! Zeus is amazing!
Took me a little longer than most, but I finally found the "chase" Lex Luger. Awesome figure!
Saw this Sting coat on Ralph's website & couldn't resist. It's a slight "mash-up" but I love the way it pops on my Ringside Exclusive Wolfpac Sting!
Wasn't sure which Steamboat I wanted - - - never saw the chase. I'm happy with the standard version!
Of course I couldn't do a post without posting some Flair stuff! I'm going through a bit of "Flair Figure Withdrawl" - - - I'd sure love it if we heard Flair was signed & we'd be getting some new stuff soon! In the meantime, I need to get my "Flair Fix" so I ordered a few new items for my Flair Figs....
The Mean Gene "BAF" might have been the first Build-A-Figure where I actually wanted ALL the figures needed to build him! One complaint though - Gene is way too tall! Seems they used the standard BAF body - at times, Gene seems a little too tall? .... still a great looking figure though!
So, I'm a huge fan of anything that involves Sgt. Slaughter..... I like the new Elite. And I even sort of understand why they had to leave off some of the details on his uniform...
But why did they have to remove all details from the boots & just go with plain black? I wish they'd done something similar to the Basic from a few years ago....
Finally, just snagged this Ultimate-Ultimate Warrior at Target over the weekend. I was on the fence about dropping another $32 for a figure - but this guy looks fan-tastic up close. Mattel is killing it with the Warrior figures!
Can't wait to see what great figures Mattel has in store for us in 2023! My wishlist:

I don't collect a lot of AEW stuff, but man this is a nice figure! I love that they remembered to include the ring on his hand!
I had to buy it.... when I was just beginning doing wrestling photography, one of the FIRST independent wrestling shows that asked me to do promo photos had a young MJF on the card.... this was one of my first (shoddy) attempts at doing real wrestlers promo photos! At least, I like to think my work has gotten much better since then.... He had a lot of potential back then.... I'm not one bit surprised that he went on to become a world champion!
