Beautiful pics. And like we discussed last time while that coat isn’t accurate on the Wolfpac Sting it looks great on him. I wish that basic Macho was an Elite or at the very least used the Basic M$M tall boot mold and smaller legs so he wasn’t so tall. And budget be dammed your photos prove that all elite or UE Flair figures should have a robe. It's really surprising how many robes we've NOT gotten in figure form yet (JAKKS or Mattel). When you look at all the Macho Man & Ultimate Warrior stuff they've put out, there are a lot of Ric Flair robes that have yet to be seen in figure-form. The purple robe is my #1 "Want"...... but I'm really surprised we've never gotten the Starrcade Blue Robe either - it's legendary!   |

Great pics and figures. The Sargeant Slaughter figure is based off of his SummerSlam 1991 attire and he wore the black boots at that event, but you're right, they should have the sargeant insignia on the boots. Wow I had no idea! I assumed (wrongly) it was supposed to be Wrestlemania 7...... thanks for setting me straight! I'm less irritated now (although I still think the 'Mania style green boots look better)! |

I'm less irritated now (although I still think the 'Mania style green boots look better)! Yeah, it's supposed to go with the Col. Mustafa figure that was released earlier, both are from Summer Slam 1991. But I agree, this would have been the Slaughter figure I wanted, pretty much the same thing, but the boots are different. I also wouldn't mind seeing what it would look like with the jacket molded on. Also, they really need to add all the details of the jacket:  Now we just need General Adnan from Summer Slam 1991 to complete the set:  |

Maybe now that Harley Race is back under a deal, and assuming Flair is under contract again..... a Starrcade Flair robe could be possible! Hmm..... would they do a Harley Race/Ric Flair Starrcade 2-Pack Ultimate for the SDCC Exclusive? Or is that too obscure? Isn't 2023 the 40th Anniversary of that match? |

And yes, 2023 would be the 40th anniversary of the match, so it would make a great time for the 2-pack. I'm not sure if it's too obscure, Flair definitely has crossover appeal. I would definitely buy one - if I could. If they don't do it as a SDCC exclusive, maybe a Mattel Creations exclusive that releases on the anniversary of Starrcade 83. It would be great if they could get the 10 LBS of Gold belt included as well.  |

Which makes me drool at the thought of them taking e a crack at the purple robe that much more..... But - in all fairness - as you pointed out my Sting coat didn't quite go with that particular Sting - I was just slightly bothered that they did Purple Flair attire with the pink robe.... really should have been red or pink attire. I'm sure Flair may have worn purple with that robe at some point but it just looks strange to me.... So of course I display mine differently....  And I was lucky to score the 24/7 Comcast Flair when it came out.... always felt like it was one of my best "gets" - - - since it's somewhat rare, I took it to a Flair signing to get it autographed...... like an idiot, I walked away from Flair's table and left it right there on his table. When I went back to ask the security guards for it they looked at me like I was a complete moron...... as this hangs on my wall, every time I look at it I remember that it really was in Ric Flair's possession for about 30 minutes.....  |

Just noticed that Flair is showing back up under alumni on wwe shop and they added a few shirts for sale. Maybe a good sign he may sign a new legends deal.
