Looking back on the Mattel Bray Wyatt figures I’ve collected over the years: I think the first piece of merch I ever bought of him was a Wyatt Family Sheep Mask from WWE Shop for $2.99 back on May 8, 2015 lol. I’ve still got it in storage. Just one of those goofy merch stand items that reminded me of being a kid in the late ‘90s and having masks of guys like Sting and Kane. I was playing catch-up on the first set of Wyatt Family Elites when I found them on eBay for $60 on January 21, 2016. Those are still my favorite versions of each. Just a tremendous effort by Mattel for their debut Elites.  Wanted to have an updated Basic of Bray at the time, so I ordered the Battle Pack with ‘Taker when it was on sale from Amazon for $12.59 on March 28, 2016.  An eBay seller threw in a free Basic Bray Wyatt (Signature Series 8, apparently) for some reason or another when I bought a lot of Elite 36 Stardust, Goldust, and the Stardust/Goldust Battle Pack on July 14, 2016.  Scooped up an Elite 36 Wyatt from Ringside for $13.99 on November 25, 2016. Love the apron accessory.  I remember adding the Zombies figure to an Amazon order for $8.46 on November 30, 2016. That was an underrated figure. I’d bet he loved having a figure of himself made to look like that. The jacket fit in so well with his other figures.  Bought the whole set of Mutants - including Wyatt - from TRU’s site on January 12, 2017. They were $12.99 each. Such a weird series, but fun to look back on.  The aforementioned Battle Pack with Harper came from Amazon for $19.99 on July 17, 2017. I love that Wyatt face scan.  Pre-ordered all of Retro Series 6 from Ringside on May 9, 2018. They were like $14.50 each. Was super into Retros then, and I still really like Wyatt’s figure. The hype for Elite 77 got to me and I ordered it from Amazon for $19.99 on August 20, 2020. Little did we know then how prevalent Fiend figures would become. This was the only Elite version of The Fiend that I thought I needed. Repaints with different color hair and minor differences never really mattered to me - especially once the first Ultimate became available. Basic 111 was a really solid Basic that I couldn’t wait to get when Amazon had it for $9.99 on August 22, 2020.  Ultimate Edition 7 with the custom title was a must-have purchase from Amazon for $29.99 on January 29, 2021. I wasn’t crazy about the Elite 85 figure when it was revealed, but I liked the accessories enough to buy it from Amazon for $19.99 on May 24, 2021. I don’t think I’ve bought a Wyatt figure in two years. Last night, I placed an order with Ringside for the Firefly Funhouse exclusive ($21.99) and the Ultimate Edition Series 12 set of 2 ($25.99) because I legitimately did want them. I was going to finally get them during Black Friday sales this year, but I didn’t want to chance missing out on them at their current prices. Turns out Ringside sold out of them already. Also, just got a Burnt Fiend Elite from Amazon because it’s too weird to not get at this point. Might not look too out of place considering the Mutant and Zombie figures Mattel made. I remember how cool the 3 elite Wyatt family setup was...you bought all three and it was like a Build a set...in order to get all the accessories needed, you needed to buy all three. And they looked so awesome together in my collection. Then I decided in 2021 to sell all of my current figures and just stick to the Flashback and Throwback themed stuff from Attires from 2009-earlier, and I sold off my Wyatts. I know the collection they are in now however and I know they are in good hands. My buddy even sent a picture to me of all three under a light Thursday. |

Has there been anyone in more different Mattel lines than Bray? He has an elite, basic, ultimate, MOTU, Superstars, Zombie, Mutant, retro, tough talker, beast mode, and create a superstar.

Maybe Taker? Not sure about some of the sub lines though Yeah probably Taker. Plus there were lines prior to Bray debuting like Flex Force and Rumblers. But as far as modern day talent that debuted during or after the PG Era I think Bray may have it. |

I'm hoping they still make Muscleman Dance Bray at some point. I would love a plastic representation of the Funhouse with the puppets in scale thar stand on their own. Sister Abigail is the size of a real person in the skits. I would love a Firefly Funhouse Bray with accessories like a Sombrero or other costumes he wore.

I think the only Bray elite/Ultimate I didn't get was the one with the apron. My favorites has got to be his original for the Wyatt Family look and his first Ultimate for the Fiend part of his career. If I'm not mistaken, I think he has the three Funko Pops and I have all of them plus a extra regular Fiend and the Xmas version.

Well, just guessing here because I don’t wait on figures I want. I get them as soon as possible. But maybe they were waiting for a better release or a sale and now that he’s passed they realize the chances are there’s not going to be a better release now? Or they’re new to collecting and were waiting on a new Bray? |

Because I can tell you I have the one Fiend which is more than enough for me because I didn’t care for that gimmick especially when he wrestled with the red lights during the matches And burnt Fiend was even worse for me. And honestly I didn’t care for the Pitch Black match so that’s probably a pass for me as well. But like I said I never passed on a figure I wanted. I preordered them as soon as RSC listed them so I have no dog in this fight. But maybe there’s others who weren’t a fan of the Fiend gimmick and want a pre Fiend Wyatt, but we’re holding off for a new one using the updated parts, but that might not happen now. Also do you mean E86? But that was the Fiend. I have the basic version, but I was holding off for a FireFly Funhouse Bray that was as good as his basic version. Ok. So I think you meant Elite Series 85 which was the Funhouse Bray. And in a shocking twist I was looking through my pics of my shelves and I do have that E85 figure. lol  |

In my defense, I was always going to buy the Ringside exclusive; I just kept putting it off and delaying the inevitable out of a desire to not have to pay more than retail for it. The Ultimates weren’t essential gets, but the price was too good to pass up. I’ve got most of the Ultimates released thus far, so that gave me another reason to want them for my collection. |
