I caved and bought the 6 inch Star Wars black figures the other day as a birthday gift to myself, I love them all, my one problem is MY DARTH MAUL'S ARM BROKE RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX, IT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT AND IM STILL FURIOUS!!! Now I need to worry about finding a Darth Maul to replace this one, went all over looking for them today, and came up with nothing, so everyone this could be an isolated incident but it also could be a problem, so be careful when you open your figures everyone!  Luke Skywalkerthe figure is awesome, and the detail on these figures is incredible, I would have preferred Luke in Jedi Knight attire but I'm sure we will see one in time if this line suceeds             R2D2I was expecting this 1 to be the least impressive of the set because it wouldn't have articulation for the most part (duh) but I am pleasantly surprised by all the little details and fun hidden things that this figure has, if you twist his head around the third wheel comes out from down the middle, and hes got a bunch of compartments for R2's various gadgets           SandTrooperThis was the only figure I was on the fence about, but I'm glad I got it, because it looks awesome in person and the accessories are pretty sweet!        Darth Maulso disappointed that it broke because its honestly an awesome figure, can't wait to replace it.  over all these figures are impressive, and I can honestly say I can't wait for the rest of the line, series 2 looks awesome and series 3 is looking good as well, can't wait to get characters like Vader, C3PO, Chewbacca, and any and all Luke Skywalkers & Han Solos lol |

I have to stop looking at this thread. These 6" Black Series figures are incredible but I just don't have the space or money for them. Totally sucks.

thanks. Had not seen that. Will get all three. I wonder who the 4th will be?. Is there a way to search the target web site for these like with the WWE Elites? I can't figure out a way to find them on the Target website and was wondering if you knew a way to track down what Target's have them in stock other than driving around looking for them? The Target in Poughkeepsie put the tags out for them the other day, but have not put the figures out yet, and I searched the DCPI in the store today and it said they weren't in the stockroom. I don't really want to keep driving there everyday because it's kind of a pain in the ass. I'm burning gas like a wild fire for the opportunity to spend $19.99 on these and THEN get more gas, lol. |

Wave 3 also has Episode 3 Anakin.

I will not support this line until bigger names are made. I have no need for anyone that has been made thus far. I know I am a minority in the Star Wars fan community. But I absolutely cannot stand Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia. I've read the books and I've watched the majority of everything created. I personally believe neither of Anakin's children were half the Jedi he was in the series. Luke Skywalker didn't even achieve his goal. Anakin did it for him because Luke was not strong enough. Anakin completed the Jedi prophecy by killing the Emperor which brought balance to the force.
I want a six inch Anakin Skywalker and I will not be satisfied with this line until one is made 
Now I will allow all of you Star Wars fans to hate on me for my beliefs lol

I just want Sandtroopers from W1. I hope these hit Walmarts soon. I live in small town KY, and don't get to Target offen, but Walmarts are everywhere.

Although TRU did do a store check and said one store about 30 minutes away had one figure in stock...but I didn't want to drive down there and risk it being gone or not R2. I will keep my eyes open for you although I know of two other area collectors you looking for these as well. |

I just used the Target link and saw that my Target has the 6" Star Wars Black Series in stock. Was there today and they didn't have any and it was showing as out of stock all day, so clearly it came in tonight and will be put out tomorrow morning. I'll get there at 8am so I can have my pick.
I think I'm going to get a Sandtrooper and Darth Maul. I prefer Luke in MANY different attires other than this attire, so for $19.99 I'm going to skip this Luke and wait for the Bespin one. I'll get R2-D2 at some point, but probably not tomorrow unless I just decide to go for it and get it out of the way.
I wish the R2-D2 made sound and had lights. I have one from the 3.75 inch scale line that has light and sounds and I like it very much. It's a shame that this one does not have any effects. That's kind of why I'm hesitant to buy this R2-D2 because I think later on down the road we will get one in 6" scale that has sound and light effects.

just checked the DPCI link for Target stores and 1 store in my area that showed LIMITED STOCK as late as 6pm tonight now shows it as IN STOCK, and a store that showed it as OUT OF STOCK shows its IN STOCK now... I'm so conflicted as to whether or not I should go looking again tomorrow especially after coming up empty handed yesterday and wasting a ton of gas
this DPCI link thing has been really hit or miss for me, most stores show in stock only for me to get there and nothing be on the shelves

I found the full set at K-mart today but with finances being tight I only picked up Luke and Darth Maul. I'll definitely get any Luke Skywalker they produce. The R2 is a weird one for sure. Let's celebrate the first time the Star Wars line has been available in fully articulated 6 inch scale with a figure that isn't six inches! It feels too expensive for $20. If I have more money next month I'll get him because I'm sure he'll skyrocket in value, but damn if this isn't the exact same situation as back in 2011 when I had to pay $15.99 for Hornswoggle's Elite. That felt like a rip-off but I just knew if I passed he'd be rare/expensive and I was right. |

They seem to be willing to hold items. |
