Got my Luke and Sandtrooper 6" figures. Both are really nice. After talking with my buddies in NYC during Comic Con, they were saying Sandtroopers are tough to find in the city because people army-build them. I was thinking of grabbing two more since here in Albany, no one really figure-hunts as much.
That all said, I want to grab R2-D2 this week sometime. Wave 2 looks really nice as well, can't wait to see those in person.

Sandtrooper is always popular in both scales. I've seen him around quite a few times after I got mine. It's a pricey army builder at 20.00-25.00. Stormtrooper might be just as tough to get. So far out of the 12 figures announced not really disappointed in any of them.

They were hard to find about a month ago, but now they are all over. My TRU had about 10 the last time I was there. (they had about that much for each of all 4) see them regularly at Target as well.

Bought Darth Maul! The figure is absolutely awesome. Kinda hard to stand at first but once I get used to moving his feet its fine. Love the detail and is great for animating, so far I love this series and hope to see more!! Only figure in Series 2 that I care for is Han Solo, but series 3 has me giddy. Obi-Wan, Bespin Luke, and a stormtrooper! Wish it came out before Christmas but it will probably be out later based on the fact that Series 2 comes out late November.

Speaking of Series 2....I know Amazon says they are shipping them out on November 22. Is that just Amazon's release date, or is this the date that stores will begin to get them as well? I'd love to be able to get Han Solo sooner. Plus I'm holding off ordering him on Amazon because they jacked up the price to $22.99 and the in store prices are still $19.99.
After the initial 2 week period of being hard to find, my Target has at least 5 of each Series 1 6" Black Series figure. So I'm banking on Series 2 hopefully being as easy to find after the initial period of the hardcore collectors hunting them down.

I am hoping spams has them in stock around then as well, because I preordered all of Series 2 plus an extra Han. Well, I ordered Han first, but once I picked up my first series 1 figure I went back and ordered a complete set as well. lol

^ Nice! I was wondering if they were gonna go the POTF2 route and release Dagobah Luke and Yoda in the same series, where they could have Yoda include the backpack so he could ride along as Luke trains in the swamp.

pre ordered my set of series 2 from spamS, it says they were going to be expected in stock today on their site so I figured why not go for it, all my stores in the area are flooded with series 1 so I rather just have series 2 delivered right to me, can't wait to get Han and Boba Fett!

D@mn. Now I received an email from spams saying my 6" black series 2 are in stock. Now between these and the DCD Arkham Origins figures and two PS3 games that's $300 I have to drop this week. Why have release dates if everything is going to be a month early?!
. When I preordered all this the SW said late Nov. and the DCD were early Nov. I was planning the two games this week. A week later the DCD and then a week or two later would be the SW. Now it's all within a couple days. Ugh!!! And of course seeing the figures were going to arrive here late Nov/early Dec I told my wife they would be Christmas gifts. Now they'll be sitting in our closet before almost 2 months before I can touch them. lol

Aw man I'd love it if they did that. That scene was wonderful, and with R2D2 already out, you could basically have all 3 main characters that where involved in that scene (aside from Ben Kenobi, I guess). Plus, when I look at all the main attire that Luke wore, although his Jedi look is my favourite, his swamp attire was pretty important. However, I really can't complain with the Bespin look. For me, I wan't to get a Luke figure that I could basically put into any of the 3 OT movies, and I feel that his Bespin attire fits Luke well, whether he's heading to Mos Eisley, or battling in the Death Star against Vader. As with Obi-Wan, I was hoping they would release the Revenge of the Sith version of him alongside Qui-Gon Jinn in the same line, but oh well. Apparently Anakin is going to be the 4th member. There is also rumours that the next set will be made up of Mace Windu, Lando Calrissian, Jango Fett, and the 4th is unknown. Read this stuff on Rebelscum, and they were right in predicting wave 2 + 3. Glad to see you into Star Wars, love your videos on youtube  |

It was funny because I received the email for the DCD while I was waiting in Pfizer's parking lot waiting for my wife to come out to take her out to lunch. And I knew she didn't really want mw buying anything until next week after I picked up the two games. So when I saw it I thought "Oh cr@p" So I told her I needed to put $100 into our "Online" account. She wasn't too thrilled, but said OK. And my reply was "thanks. I really hope the SW order isn't early" and sure enough right after we get back to her office I received the email about the Star Wars preorder being in stock. I'll be sleeping with one eye open for the next few day. lol |

^^Similar to my situation. Rather than add toys to my credit card, I keep an account for online figure purchases. Today, I had to add money to my account to cover a different preorder I'm expecting on Friday or Monday.
