A few ideas up for consideration:
70s Dusty Rhodes (Thinner body with the robe and hat)
Una-Bomber (Glenn Jacobs' Smoky Mountain Wrestling gimmick)
Make a Difference Fatu
Terra Ryzing (Triple H's WCW gimmick, could have the Bluebloods attire as a chase)
AAA Eddie Guerrero (Los Gringos Locos)
Nation of Domination Rock (Blue Chipper as a chase)
Pre-Hulkamania Hogan (Think Shea Stadium against Andre the Giant, American Made as a possible chase?)
AWA Mean Gene
GI Bro

Don’t know how many of these would actually be considered “deep cuts” but I’d love to have:
Ronnie Garvin “Gorgeous” Jimmy Garvin “Boogie Woogie Man” Jimmy Valiant Jim Cornette The Fantastics The Rock & Roll Express The Midnight Express Barry Windham ( 1987 Nwa attire ) Nikita Koloff Ivan Koloff Dusty Rhodes/Midnight Rider Ole Anderson The York Foundation (Taylor, Morton, Rich & Alexandria York)
Just to name a few but I know … dream on

Would Mattel be interested in visiting/revisiting a McMahon legacy set? Even on a super limited basis? We could possibly, finally get a Linda and maybe a Vince Sr or even Jess McMahon? I think we all suspect the window for such a thing might be closing.

I still can't believe they didn't release the Rock and Roll Express when they went into the hall of fame, but maybe they didn't sign a figure merchandising deal. Garvin, Cornette, Barry Windham, and Ivan & Nikita Koloff seem like they would sell relatively well. I imagine that Ole Anderson would have been in the Horsemen 4-pack that was released years ago, but he declined to go into the hall of fame, so Barry got the induction instead. I wonder if they would be able to do the Midnight Rider look, that is a song name by Allman Brothers so they may not be able to use the name on the packaging.

Would certain characters have to be released under a generic name instead of the proper name? Like Mean Marc was released as so, but Dingo Warrior was Ultimate Warrior. Would a Terra Ryzing have to be released as Triple H/Hunter Hearst Helmsley etc? Just wondering what process determines this.

How about a 2002-2003 Vince McMahon with open shirt and no tie
I’d love a 99 Tanktop as well but I wouldn’t even consider that a deep cut, should’ve been done a long time ago

It's the loose black shirt instead of the tanktop but is pretty spot on for the time period. 2002-03 McMahon in the WM19 attire to match Mr. America and the chase be a grey suit would be awesome.

Not Legends per-se but I'd love to get MNM in their tan pants or sky blue/silver, with WWE Tag Team Titles.
