Couldve been a decent lil opener if Roma played ball.Nice breakdown of this match which would lead to his departure

I don't remember this match. I was never a fan of Alex Wright, but I agree with him, had he and Roma been on the same page, they could have had a good match.

Wouldve been interesting in 96 if Roma was still with the company if they reunited the Stallions with Powers
No way they win the belts but couldve been a nice addition to the tag scene

Wright > Roma
Roma was only a name because of Hercules

Always liked Wright, even as a kid. Roma never did anything for me and its still strange as hell knowing he was a member of the Horsemen.
If Roma was pissed about the booking, take it up with Flair and Bischoff. Wright was a kid and didn’t have any say in it. No, he didn’t physically hurt Wright, but he still took advantage of him during the match. Though at this point Roma didn’t give any f***s and never really did anything on a big stage again.

Played the cocky heel to a tee Never big on Alex Wright but he was entertaining as the goofy heel in the late 90s

Wright > Roma Roma was only a name because of Hercules Yeah, but Wright was never a name... It is true. But he was underutilized imo. I believe he had more talent than Roma and more potential

I believe he had more talent than Roma and more potential True, Wright never really got used well, but I still think Roma was more talented. He was more athletic IMO, and I really liked him as a heel with Power & Glory and Pretty Wonderful. He seemed to work well in tag teams. At the end of WCW, wasn't Wright repackaged as Berlin?

Never big on Alex Wright but he was entertaining as the goofy heel in the late 90s Yeah, Roma worked well with both of these guys, he could be the speedster to Hercules and Orndorff's power. And he did a great job as the cocky heel. Though Roma as a single wrestler didn't fit well with the Horsemen, I think Pretty Wonderful could have done well as #3 and #4 of the Horsemen with Flair and Anderson. Flair as the World Champion, Arn as the US Champ/TV Champ and enforcer, with Pretty Wonderful as the tag team. Could have been a unique foursome. I could also see Benoit and Pillman oust Pretty Wonderful from the Horsemen when it was their time to join.

I thought Wright and Disco teamed up before the repackaging of Alex Wright.

Wright got placed into comedic storyline and there was really no way back from it. Berlyn was so terrible.

Roma also had a helluva drop kick Yeah, he was an amazing athlete. I remember being amazed during one of the giant tag team matches at the Survivor Series when he leapt up to the top turnbuckle from the mat, that was impressive.
