The first wrestling figures I ever bought was the King Of The Ring mini ring set that came with the mini versions of BCA figures. It cane with The Headbangers, Rocky Maivia, Brian Pillman, Savio Vega, and Sunny. So these guys will always have a special place in my heart and I would buy new figures of them in a heartbeat

I need them, the Godwins, and Skull and 8-Ball. Would love an LOD 2000, too. Wouldn’t say no to the New Blackjacks, either. Basically all the early BCA Tag Teams/2 Tuff series. I share this exact opinion. The more Superstars they can make from the BCA Era the better. |

My guess is that it's easier to get away with putting out lower-tier characters when you're only releasing a single. With the Headbangers, you have to release them both, and Mosh and Thrasher look very similar. You can't make Mosh but not Thrasher and vice versa. Maybe Mattel doesn't want to commit to that? Who knows, if the SSTs/Headshrinkers do well, it could open the door to more teams like the Headbangers. They literally made Los Matadores elites and the only way to tell them apart was one was slightly taller…. But that's not the point. Matadores were on the active roster. Almost everyone on the main roster gets a fig. There's additional hoops Mattel has to jump through to get Legends signed. My point is that maybe Mattel sees Headbangers as a bigger risk than someone like The Goon. If they take a loss on The Goon, well, he's just one guy. If they take a loss on Mosh and Thrasher, that's two guys. Gotta look at things from the business perspective. As mentioned, a lot of the classic teams we get have one half who became an extremely successful singles. Many of the other classic teams are very iconic, they had old Hasbros, or they worked in many different companies. That would be your Nasty Boys and Bushwhackers. The Headbangers weren't nobodies, but they were very low on the card outside of some brief spots in 1997. I want Elites of them, but I understand why we don't have them yet. |

They’d be perfect for the Legends line. Released in the same wave with possible chase versions. Maybe add painted stockings to the chase. I’d love it if the accessories - besides removable soft goods skirts - were either Flying Nuns habits or tag straps made in the style of the old kids belt. Could be similar to the Elite Heavy Machinery paper belts, or ideally, just repaint the regular tag belts a light gray with gold and black plates. Just because it hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean Mattel won’t try or the guys themselves wouldn’t be open to signing a deal someday. Us late New Gen/early Attitude fans just gotta keep hope alive.   |

I saw about two figures, but to be honest, if it meant getting them, even if it wasn't entirely accurate, if they did a Mosh figure w/ just a Thrasher head and different color soft good skirt (and both have the same Headbanger shirt if you get two), that would work for me. Then the only extra cost would be the soft good skirt, but if you don't bother with other accessories (besides maybe a pair of hands), it can reduce the risk.

If they really cared they would be pushing this stuff like crazy and letting WWE know what we want. They just can't keep putting out the same stuff over and over. Give us new things already. This line is successful and will sell these guys |

There’s many figures made in the Bone Cruncher era that were never made again: Mosh & Thrash, Kurgan, Jackal, Gangrel, Marc Mero, Savio Vega, Terri Runnels, Jim Cornette (excluding that Legends figure), Sable, Clarence Mason, Ahmed Johnson, Chainz, 8 Ball, the Godwins, the Patriot and I’m sure many others
