It was a first time in the line figure. Most people wanted it for the headdress for Tatanka. It seems like when Bill was asked about it, they pulled it very last minute, there's probably solid packed cases sitting somewhere of him. It might have been a cheap figure on Ringside during a sale. Maybe one day they will put him back into the line, we got Hogan after they pulled him and distanced themselves from him for a bit.

It was released/leaked in a small enough quantity so that Mid-Cardona and some other influencers were able to secure a figure, and the rest of us were locked out.
Expect him to show up on eBay one day at LJN Black Card prices.
