Yeah. The figure doesn’t have the wrist tape/guards. The MOC pictures confirm this.

The lack of wristbands is an easy fix--just paint them. The "shelf" from the smaller torso on wider hips is certainly a concern--moderate level fix to do a torso swap. The biggest issue--no Z belt; that will be a PITA to remedy. Hopefully some custom gear person has a good idea for that.
