Which doesn’t make sense. Again, if that was the case why not let ppl know they would need 2 rings? Or instead of it being a “Raw Ring” then had made it a wcw/wwf raw ring with skirts and everything with it for both rings. Saying that makes people think they’ll need to run and buy 2 of the raw rings then turns out you may just be stuck with 2 rings you don’t need You seem to be one of the few who think it doesn’t make sense. It actually makes a lot of sense as it’s a way to be mindful of how much space people have to display such large items. There’s just as many people with space to display as there is who can’t. If that was the case then they wouldn’t have made a 2nd ring when you got one from the first crowd funded project.

Scale rings historically don’t sell well. If they keep pumping out scale rings, and have them be apart of the crowd funds then we’ll likely see the crowd funds die sooner than later. Most people aren’t going to keep buying rings So let’s see what people want.. WCW stage - would need a separate WCW ring Smackdown fist - would need another ring Current - would need another ring So we’ve already got two.. you really think people are going to buy 5 scale rings over the course of 3-5 years?

They did the Raw ring so people can convert it to a Nitro ring when they make ropes, pads, and skirts a crowdfund stretch goal. Had this crowdfund been Raw themed then the ring they released probably woulda been Nitro. Which doesn’t make sense. Again, if that was the case why not let ppl know they would need 2 rings? Or instead of it being a “Raw Ring” then had made it a wcw/wwf raw ring with skirts and everything with it for both rings. Saying that makes people think they’ll need to run and buy 2 of the raw rings then turns out you may just be stuck with 2 rings you don’t need As of right now it’s just speculation but assuming that was indeed their plan then it makes sense to get another ring into the market that also has different colored parts that makes converting it into other looks easier. Start off with Raw is War and those who want it will get it. Then when other conversion parts are made available people can buy another or those who initially passed now have motivation to get it.

They done made 2 rings for 2 separate eras. Why would they make a $500 possible entrance stage with no ring to go with it? It’s dumb rather they make the apron and such to come with it or not. They could have easily made the raw ring a wcw ring IF this crowd funding project was going to be a nitro stage. Now, back to the pumping out rings. all you have to do is make a new packaging for wcw nitro and put it up at Ringside as they did with the Raw ring. Which this time it would make more sense considering IF they fund the nitro stage.

I'm leaning towards thinking it is just a Nitro package (not Raw) and that it will include both the entrance stage and the commentary booth, along with a few figures. If there is a ring, I hope it is optional.

I'll be very surprised if we get both stages whether it's a 2-in-1 or not. And Steve's post just says "we're taking you back to the Monday Night Wars." Doesn't mean they are bringing us both sides of the war. If it is just Nitro, I'd be kinda relieved I don't have to spend $400/$500 on something. You’re still going to be spending 400+ rather it’s just the Nitro ring or not. I’m pretty sure that stage is coming with figures and the stage alone will probably be $250+ I was just saying if it's just Nitro/WCW, I won't be spending the money because I was never really into that show/promotion. Just some money I'll save for something else. I assume I'm in the minority of collectors. I think if it's just Nitro/WCW, there will probably be more interest than the New Gen, but just slightly because of the higher price.

Don’t force a third ring on people over the span of 18 months

Advertising something as ‘expensive’ is an interesting tactic

But what about the ppl who have the room for it and would like to have a ring to display with both entrances?

So it’s the WCWs stage and probably some other nicknacks.
DDP obviously a fig (hence BANG in the write up). Probably Macho Man Halloween Havoc to go with it.
Early Bird Big Poppa Pump
First tier Hall and Nash
Second tier Bischoff

I have the room for it and would likely get it anyway whether it’s a ring or not. But we know it’s gonna be more than the New Gen so I think it’s smarter to give people the best value. We have a ring that’s available still that with a few swappable components can be any ring for a 20 year period. I think it allows you to focus more on the main show piece and the cool ultimates and tiers, etc. Say it’s a stage and figures for $325. You’re gonna get a lot more support with that then if it’s stage, figures and ring and it’s pushing $450
