I think they could also be thinking that people want the Raw arena more, so if they release that now they risk losing a lot of customers.

This is common in collecting. For example, the new Simpson's Super7 line is seeing releases of random side characters and none of the main family. Super7 knows if they release the entire Simpson's family within the first few waves, people will tune out early and be done with the line.

If you slowly drip things out however, you encourage people to buy more along the way until their collection is complete. Just a thought though, I don't know this to be true.

I don’t see how much of the scaffolding could be dual use for a 2 in 1 stage, the scaffolding around the Nitro entrance has lights and unless they’ve gotten really fancy, those lights are gonna have to be built into the scaffolding for all the wiring. In other words, not removable. This leaves the scaffolding of the tall nitro signs, which doesn’t seem like enough to form the Raw set.

I guess I’m having trouble picturing how one could be transformed into the other without so many extra pieces that you might as well have two separate stages.

Since the theme is Monday Night Wars I would love if they included all the championships from that Era. All the WCW and WWF titles in one package. Would be a good way to get a light heavyweight title and a properly newly sculpted WCW world heavyweight championship. Wishful thinking, but if this is going to be expensive I would love to have all those titles included.
