Hope not. It would be crap to make people buy a whole crowdfund just to get figures we have wanted badly for so long Annnnnd this is exactly why they would do it. AKA Business 101 I get it but i also think they have enough awareness of what backlash there would be. I could see them doing a steiner 2 pack of some sort during reveals this week |

If we do get a Scott Steiner, I doubt they'll be able to use the superman logo on his tights so the would already be inaccurate due to licensing issues.
I'm still hoping for an nWo Bischoff.

There is a rumour that Gangrel is going to be in Edges corner at Wrestlemania to fight off Damien Priest. Would be great if he was one of the characters to come in this crowd fund if they are releasing a RAW stage, as his entrance to me really defined one of the great spectacles of that time.
Also Michael Buffer on his twitter put over the great production of the WWE. Would he be included in the crowdfunding and would you be willing to get a Michael Buffer Ultimate Edition?
I hope that if Scott Steiner and DDP are included as Ultimates that they done use the uniform look packaging and instead use the background WCW Nitro colour scheme as the packaging. That would really put it over the top for me.

I'm happy for the ones wanting DDP and solo Scott but this would be a easy pass for me no matter the price if these are the figures included. I think I'm in the clear of saving some money on this one.

I definitely can notice a distinct pause over DDP and Steiner which I think was intentional and has meaning. However I don't think any slight pause over Nash or the Referee was intentional or has meaning. Plus Nash was in the New Gen set, no way they'd put him with the second set too.

nitro stage
given figure: NWO/singlet Scott Steiner
stretch goal: blue-diamond shirt/jeans DDP (with that serious/intense headscan we've been wanting for years!)
early bird: NWO Eric Bischoff with Nitro announcer area & desk
And if they did an extra stretch goal I'd guess Nitro debut/Denim style Scott Hall.
The only thing I'm undecided on is how they'd approach the ring. I don't think they'll give us the actual ring in the crowdfund. Maybe the gear to convert the Raw ring. But I think it's more likely an entire Nitro ring set will be offered later as a standalone retail/ringside product.
With the second hint not including any allusion to Raw, plus Cardona's comment, I'm now leaning towards it not being a 2-in-1 stage after all. However I think at the very least we'll notice some of the Nitro stage parts are designed in a modular/reconfigurable way so the molds can be reused for a future Raw stage. So I think the theory of the 2-in-1 design is still valid, but I think they'll be separate purchases.

Really hate that our fist Big poppa Pump will be in a crowd fund. My guess is it will be a NWO version. Then we will get a non NWO version as an elite. Also this thing better not get above $300 if it wants to fully fund

Although there has been no mention of RAW at all, I still think this is a 2-in-1. I can't see there being enough WCW fans out there to put the sales of this over the previous crowdfund (which, according to many here, barely got off the ground to begin with).
Having a 2-in-1 makes it so much more widely appealing. You also have to remember that this is a crowdfund that will be sold in limited numbers, exclusively for a set period of time, so you can't branch off it and decide to later on release a conversion pack for a RAW stage that requires this stage to be owned, because only a select handful of people would buy it.
We'll find out in a few hours, but my guess is that it's gonna be a WCW themed set. Nitro Stage with ring aprons/canvas to convert the currently available rings, and a Bischoff figure. Unlockable tiers will include DDP, Steiner, and the parts needed to convert it to a RAW titantron.
I can't see why they would alienate a massive portion of the audience by not including a handful of pieces to swap the stage to a RAW stage.

There’s absolutely no way it’s a 2 in 1. Makes zero sense for them to do it. Why complicate things? Why make compromises to each stage design to accommodate a 2 in 1 design? Why make it more expensive than it has to be by requiring much more tooling for two separate stages instead of one? It’s gonna be the nitro stage bundled with a figure and an early bird figure. Maybe the announce desk and a bonus figure as a stretch goal. Probably accessories to convert the Raw or New Gen ring into a nitro ring as another stretch goal. Maybe one more bonus figure as another stretch goal.

The stage/ramp itself will be the same for RAW. I suspect this crowdfund will be WCW only but a RAW conversion kit to come later on Mattel creations/ringside…this would not only get more people who want RAW to buy in but also prevent so many secondary market sales because people won’t be able to sell the ramp/stage and who would really want the WCW parts without the ramp and stage?
