There is no real malicious intent behind this as unannounced releases has occurred for the longest in wrestling companies. I recall back when Ultimate Warrior was released back in 92 when he was not mentioned as if he never existed. This went noticed however there were countless others who would be released and the show would go on without much objection from fans. |

He was booked in the “Main Event” of Survivor Series with Savage against Flair and Razor Ramon…and they were well into the promotion of the match when he was released (and they added a returning Mr. Perfect), They didn’t completely ignore it. |
