Cactus Jack would be my choice or Mankind if they would finally rework those sleeved arms they use on basic and elite figured for way too long.

JBL (E23) - Haven't seen this gimmick in Elite form since then, very much due for an upgrade in every respect (True-FX, double jointed arms, etc)
Mankind (Amazon exclusive) - This figure was more or less flawless when it came out, but like JBL, needs some upgrades modern figs have
Eddie Guerrero (Legends 6) - Honestly his most iconic attire, would be stunning with the modern tech Mattel has up to and including adding the gold to his boots and a proper Undisputed title with VAC plating (Like E55 Taker)
Syxx (Flashback 1) - Nothing more to say, just needs an update and a better scan
Rated R Edge (Assuming RSCs aren't exempt) - As much as I want another variant of Edge from this era (05-08), this one would look nice in an update
Gorilla Monsoon (CE Elite 72) - Not many people got this one, which is a damn shame. I'd love to see this cornerstone of wrestling history remade here or in the Legends line down the pike

I don't think the original Savage face is fantastic either, so I get what they were attempting, but I don't think the execution suits the moment they were looking to capture.
