When elite 21 HTM came out, Bill mentioned that it was supposed to have a cloth belt for the jumpsuit and that the second run of the figure would have it but it never came about.
Would be a good opportunity to fix that

The elite Mankind with the same shirt sleeve mold Mattel has used for basic and elite figures for too long needs to be properly done to add articulation.
