WWE 2k icon edition has leviathan in it
After a couple of years ago when wwe shop had diamond studd, Tera ryzing, mean mark etc shirts online I thought a ‘before they were famous’ style line would be fun - we’ve had mean mark and Dingo warrior
I know ‘famous’ is subjective because these guys were already on tv etc but a line with say Oz, diamond studd, Tera ryzing etc get the guys we know are signed but in a very different style to what we’ve seen previously - even more of s long shot but maybe even Sherri in her Peggy sue persona etc

I read Tera Ryzing is supposedly in the game too as part of the My Faction mode (?)a couple days ago.

I love wrestlecrap and forgotten gimmicks. I'm sure they're all ideas the team have discussed. It's just a matter of finding the right slot.
It's all a matter of finding the appropriate spot and production numbers, and look that is going to have at least some appeal among collectors. The NXT Roman and bath towel Rusev are great examples of what happens when one or more of those factors are overlooked.

I think an ovw four pack would be a fun item maybe an exclusive. Leviathan, Prototype, Brock Lesnar in maroon, Randy Orton.
As far as guys like Terra Ryzing and Oz, Vinnie Vegas, Diamond Studd, I think they would be fun but no one I'm dying for. For figures to really sell well they have to be remembered fondly and have a good place in a display with figures that would go well next to it. I think zodiak was good because it went well with shark and kamala.

I wouldn’t buy any named above.
But give me Dark Hogan and dungeon of doom characters. I’ll buy ravens flock characters. I’d buy the mean street posse even lol.

I think we'll continue to see figures like this in the Legends line. Seems like the perfect place to freshen up the line when they don't have FTIL figures. Need a Make a Difference Fatu and the Sultan too while Rikishi is under contract.

We already got a few like Ringmaster Austin, Blue Chipper Rocky Maivia, Prototype Cena, WCW AJ Styles, so we got a firm foundation

I know we just got 2 razors in ultimate but MAYBE put out another razor in a color we haven't gotten yet and have diamond studd as the chase! Just needs a repaint, a set of glasses and a rip away set of pants with suspenders. Shouldn't be to hard to execute.

We got two Prototype Cenas: One was a TRU exclusive and the other was a 2 in 1 for Legends 10 (Could be Prototype or part of the Firefly Funhouse match) Steampunk Becky was different from her initial gimmick. Hair color was different, she did a jig as part of her entrance, it was kinda corny in comparison to the Steampunk look |

I’m not gonna lie. I’d be super salty. Every other time I’d be like, “It’s not for me, but I have no qualms about it being made for people who want it.” I do not feel the same way about OVW wrestlers, especially Batista. I’ve been waiting for a 2006-2009 elite Batista for a decade. I would be furious if we got Leviathan first. That first Batista Elite was $100 on the secondary market when I started collecting. Prototype is fine, they release John Cena every year. RA-era Leanar’s been released 3 times. I got every Randy Orton I need.
Batista? Nah, man. He gets an elite every few years. And now they’re rereleasing Bluetista, a figure I love, but was not hard to find when it came out. Leviathan would absolutely take a Batista spot because for whatever reason, they never release more than one Batista in a year despite him being such a huge star. And basics don’t count.
