I can see why she changed it. The original doesn’t allow the opponent to protect themselves at all.

I've never had a problem when she modified the move a bit. It's just like the Pedigree when Triple H stopped keeping the opponents arms hooked the entire way down. Does it look a bit less devastating? Sure, but it's also protecting the opponent by allowing them to protect their face.

For the first glam slam, do you think beth misjudge how how much time she needed to unhook kelly's arms or did kelly kelly not react fast enough? Your thoughts?

Thats just how the move was done regardless back then before she changed it to the safer version.

If I recall correctly. She changed how she did it after Michelle McCool got KO’d taking it.

idk about KO but it looks like she definitely failed to release McCool's arms so she could cover her face causing her face to bounce off the mat.. or maybe it's the other way around idk how to take the move so can't really tell whose fault the botch is. Somebody knows, a professional probably

One of my least favourite moves, because of how the opponent has to move their legs up behind her for it. Ridiculously co-operative nonsense. I hate other moves that do the same thing, like Victoria’s widows peak.
