He’s a once in a lifetime guy so I don’t mind em milking it longer tbh How many more guys is there to beat with the same tired out finish? Doesn't seem like he's gonna need many at this pace,he's on Lesner's championship schedule now lol. All joking aside,I agree I just don't really see where they can get 2 or 3 fresh new feuds for him if they're planing to keep the straps on him throughout the year. He's run through the top of the division multiple times now(not complaining, it was some great stuff while he did it). I get wanting to get to the 1k mark, that's huge but they booked their selves into a bad situation now because of it. People might argue but imo Sami has already lost that "main event champion feel", Cody's moment is never gonna be as big as it could,Lesnar is out of the picture with the stipulation, guys like KO,Drew,Finn etc has lost to much to put them against him and have you honestly think they have a shot. So what's that leave Seth and GUNTHER(both sounds like are gonna be on Raw by the end of the draft). For any new contenders, it's getting really thin atm.

He only needs another month or so to reach 1000 so realistically we could see the Main Event Jey story unfold farther after Usos/KO & Zayn progress farther. That leaves Jey with time for a turn, build up and eventual loss in his main event debut against the head of the table. They could do the same with Solo later on if the reign goes to the next WM. They could have Orton come back assuming his back is okay to work a safe style match with Roman. The tie in to that is from the Uso's taking him out of action. Riddle's already in that mix so it works. Could do someone like Logan Paul or Rollins again after he beats Omos. Could bring someone fresh like Breakker up to be fed to the Samoan Dynasty. I still think he loses it to Cody at Summerslam though unless we're getting a Bloodline vs Opposing Team at Survivor Series or another war games match. I just don't see it lasting til WM40 with credible opponents even if he attends every other PLE.

At this point it’s painfully obvious they’re getting to 1,000 days minimum so if that’s their end goal so he can just hang his hat on that.. that’s fine. But this has run its course with me. Mania 39 was the time to crown a new champion and now they’re like “since no one can beat Roman and he’s never here, here’s a new title to fight for” so now it’s almost like it doesn’t matter with Roman. The whole WHC segment came across to me like they have no intentions of him losing anytime soon and he’s barely here so here’s a new title so we can actually have a champion so we can keep the big logo belts on our golden boy to pad his stat sheet. It’s literally all it is at this point - just accumulating days and champion. Whoever wrestles Roman until he loses the titles is just going to be made to look like an idiot. If it takes babyfaces this long to realize he’s going to have help so either have backup ready or a plan to neutralize the bloodline. But they don’t. And the babyfaces look like idiots. Much like Cody backing all the way into the corner to hit a finisher that he can’t even perform the move in that spot to get spiked by a dude who got ejected and literally was on the apron soon as the ref counted 3. Buries the babyface. Buries the referee. It is what it is at this point.

Then it all comes down when the Bloodline is finally put to rest, until then that's gonna be the bigger story and seems like nobody is ever gonna over come it. When he doesn't have the backing of his family anymore,is when the straps disappear and I guess he does too.

When he doesn't have the backing of his family anymore,is when the straps disappear and I guess he does too. With this new title, they might as week figure out a way to get Roman to Mania 40 as champion. By then he’ll be 3rd all time(I think?) in total days as champion and Mania is the biggest stage. If he loses at Summerslam or whatever it’ll be too soon after the WHC winner and not far past 1,000 days to where it’ll be even more painfully obvious they only did this to get to 1,000 days. My personal opinion but I don’t think many people are ever gonna sit back and go “wow! 1,300 something days as champion is so much better than 900 something days. I’m so glad they waited til past 1,000 while making almost every babyface look like an idiot along the way! Way to go WWE! Roman had such a legendary run now he’s gone! WOW!” Everyone got the picture by the end of Mania 38. He’s the man and he’s their chosen one come hell or high water.
