A couple of years from now to Bron Breakker. Or never.

I was totally convinced he was dropping it to Cody on Sunday. Now especially with Vince back in charge, I don’t see Cody or anyone else beating Roman any time soon. I’m sure Roman will still be champion walking into Mania 40 at 1300 plus days as champion.

That’s a great way to build the future of the company! Hahaa u gotta admit that it’ll be one of the biggest matches ever. I’d have Reigns beat Rock then have em drop the Title to a young guy afterwards. I have 0 interest in Rock at this point. This is why WWE can’t create new stars. They’ll hold everyone back minus a few people and will do all they can to make sure Roman is the “goat” Roman is not the goat and he never will be. That’s a fact.

I was all for Cody Rhodes being the one butt they blew it.Also like the idea of Gunther being the one to end him.
Bit with that said I see the reasoning of a young talent not in their mid to late 30s like Rhodes & Gunther being the one to end his title reign.
The obvious answer in that case would be Bron Breakker but I'll throw a wild card in with Dominick Mysterio. Those two are just 25 and could carry the company for the next 15 years and a win over Reigns if done right would make them mega stars.

If Roman Reigns can somehow hold the Undisputed WWE / Universal Championship Title Belts until August 22, 2027, he will have the longest combined reign at 4,041 days.
If Roman Reigns can somehow hold the Undisputed WWE / Universal Championship Title Belts until May 4, 2028, he will have the longest single reign at 2,804 days.
The SuperStar who will finally defeat him, is not even in NXT yet. He's still in high-school, dreaming of one day becoming Champion. Believe him and acknowledge that!!
On a serious note, can you imagine if either of these scenarios were to actually happen?? Can the WWE Universe deal with Roman's Reign for another 4 to 5 years!?

I honestly wouldn’t mind lol especially if he loses the WWE Title but keeps the Universal Title for another 2-3 years.

you guys are wild, talking about a guy being champ for years lol
the Roman project has been interesting, if only for the fact that Roman is the only long term heel champion they’ve ever had in the wwe. unless you count mid 2000s HHH, but even he had stops and stalls.

Bring The Great American Bash or Starcade back to the main roster as a big PPV and have Cody win it there.

SummerSlam to Cody
I've got no interest at all in Reigns/Rock for the title. They got plenty of guys on the active roster to push they don't need to keep bringing in legends to get the big moments. I'll watch the network if I wanna see The Rock go for a title.

I'm figuring he was supposed to retain this year against The Rock and drop it to Cody at WM40. Since they couldn't get DJ, they decided to go with Cody for 39, but I would think he's getting him again next year, too. Kinda makes sense. Cody only wrestled in the WWE for two months in 2022, and he's only been back for two months in 2023. I can see why they'd want his climbing of the mountain to go on longer. Hopefully they pull the trigger and go with Cody Rhodes for the 2024 Royal Rumble and a title win in Philadelphia.

Damn none of you, that weren't watching or alive back then, would never had made it during the Hogan four year title reign or Brunos however many year title reign. I like the fact that there is a champion that has held onto the title for a long time. I didn't really read anyone complaining about when Punk held it for over 400 days or any of the other darlings holding whatever title for a long reign.
I get it that you just don't like Roman as a person or whatever your hang up is, but his reign has been pretty damn good and the booking has been solid for those that really understand what's going on.

Blame the booking not the champ. Don't hate the player, hate the Game (no pun intended)

At the end of the day we’ll probs never see something like this again so why not milk it in ? I’d have Reigns hold it another year at most, maybe til WM40 or SummerSlam 2024.
