I have zero inside knowledge, but based on figures coming from other companies, I would think that JYD, Duggan and Warlord can be moved to “Unsigned” at this point (sadly). … I mean, I do want Big Rubber Guys of all of them, but I’d also want them in this line. So, yeah, I want my cake and to eat it too! lol That was my shot at Black trunks and White pads wasn’t it? Hopefully he still is available to them I made it years ago when Pat Patterson came out

Just seeing tragic news about Billy Jack Haynes. I’m thinking he can be moved to the “never going to happen” list at this point.

It certainly doesn’t look good. Very sad. I’ve moved him for now.

Well I guess we can take Billy Jack Haynes off the possibilities. Even though he was never a realistic option anyway. He always seemed a bit loopy to me and liable to do what he has been currently charged with.
Still very much interested in the line. To me they look much better displayed in their packaging. But im questioning if they really should have gone through with this line if they didn't have some real surprising big guns signed.
It's very much still salvageable to me though. Big John Studd is a heavy hitter for this line. Needs to definitely come with that entrance jacket he always wore, most notably at Wrestlemania 1. Magnificent Muraco is a home run also, but is he still signed? Hasn't had an Elite since 2018 I think. Ricky Steamboat I would be excited to see in the line. Bobby Heenan, preferably in different attire, Wrestlemania 1 suit would be great or "Bobby Heenan #1" logo on the back. Jimmy Hart yes please. Greg Valentine in Ultimate Edition form I would be interested in. Have him more bare bones, with "GV" boots is what I ask. Brutus Beefcake in his Wrestlemania 1 attire. Luscious Johnny V - ever since I got into collecting WWE figures I have wanted a figure of him and now with this Coliseum Collection line, this is the perfect chance! Would be a home run for me. Of the potential figures to be made in future releases, Paul Orndorff I would consider a dissapointment if they just remade his Legends Elite 8 but just in Ultimate form. Iron Sheik I would be on board for. Nikolai Volkoff, can be made just with a red sweater. None of that "USSR" logo. Andre the Giant with an afro would be great.

I appreciate your optimism and agree with all of your thoughts, but I have lost faith in this line…which is unfortunate, because I love this line. Other companies, like Big Rubber guys are coming in and leaving Mattel in the dust

Other companies, like Big Rubber guys are coming in and leaving Mattel in the dust I like both still. I’m “all in” on Coliseum Collection, and am displaying them, carded, on my wall. I wish the collection would build more quickly, of course. But Big Rubber Guys has been a very fun line to collect and open for me. I’m getting all of the LJN-era WWF talent for that line, and love where they seem to be headed. These are my 2 favorite toy lines going today.

At least now we know that Macho will be with Liz if he gets resigned.

No interest in Hogan/Funk from that era, but I feel I might as well complete the set…

I'm all in on this line now. Was a bit hesitant but not no more, lol. Need to catch up. Might have to sell my chella/zombie/jakks superstars. Stick with collecting retros/superstars/coliseum/tmnt.

“Superfly” Jimmy Snuka Vince McMahon Billy Jack Haynes Is the signed list still valid? Thanks for any updates you can give. Appreciate it I don’t have inside knowledge, but I’ve kept pretty good track of wrestling figure announcements of late. So unless these talent have non-exclusive Legends deals, I would recommend moving the following to unsigned: Warlord (he confirmed his Legends deal expired in a shoot interview recently), Junkyard Dog, Paul Orndorff, “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan, Tito Santana, Kamala, and “Macho Man” Randy Savage. I’d also put Volkoff and Blassie in the “Unknown” category at this point, simply due to the time since having Mattel figures released/announced. I certainly hope to be proven wrong with these though!
