Not that I will have a say, only ordering one of each set with a “I get what I get” philosophy, but since I’m displaying these figures MOC, and only have “blue cards” to this point, I lean toward preferring that continue for future sets- to keep them uniform. That said, I can justify some random “black cards” in my collection, as that would match the original LJN final wave.

Incredibly rare. Steve Ozer confirmed there was a miscommunication with a new factory so they didn't mix the chases as they were supposed to. It doesn't seem like theres a concrete idea of how they're mixed in but it's entirely possible they're all in one container somewhere in a warehouse Rare for now but I wouldn’t rush to buy on the secondary market just yet. He did say a normal amount was made after all. I figured id just hold out until they start popping on more frequently on here or eBay then get another set from MC |

I see these are still on Mattel Creations -- maybe the end of the run has all the chases. But I guess since we don't know how many MC has left (I'd guess a lot), it's hard to keep gambling $70 Yeah I really wanted the black card specifically for the Hart Foundation, but it doesnt seem viable to pay full price over and over again when i know they aren't really in circulation |

Ordering the new set when I get home from work. Already considering finding a figure with red tights and swapping out Steamboat from the hips down to match the figure art.

If so i may lean more towards these as a favorite but in the end i feel brg can give us more names than mattel ever will |

Looks like the DiBiase turned out to be a red head. Not sure how that happened, since it wasn’t like that in the prototype, but Mattel’s really been dropping the ball lately with hair colour (see MNW Warrior and Legends Albano).
