Who would you re-do? Along the lines of choosing different parts, different deco, etc.
My suggestions, all for needing better parts choices to make them look more accurate, are:
Barry Windham
Lord Steven Regal
Ted Dibiase
Who else could use an overhaul?

Elites like Nash, Taker and Kane definitely need a beefier torso than the skinny one they use most of the time.

Old School MVP I hate the skinny Torso, they sculpted a new one but then again used same formula for ruthless aggression figure.
Defining Moment sting
Every Elite Hogan they ruined with That ugly torso.

Elite 50 Rhyno comes to mind.....those arms were a joke.

All DDP figures - more accurate, more expressive headscan

Snuka-thicker legs, barefeet, briefs and "I love you" sign hands as his default hands (default at the very least but, I'd obviously prefer swappable hands).

Ted DiBiase is a good choice; he definitely needs a new head sculpt. And he could be a bit taller.
Barry Windham is also a good choice, I would really like a US Express/Early JCP Barry Windham.
Macho King from the Royal Rumble line (RR91 attire) would be my top choice. Make it an UE figure. New head scans, removable shirt, jacket (cloth or plastic with removable arms - either is fine), the hat, correct bandana and glasses, and his scepter. I would like to see Mattel do a sculpt with the glasses and hat molded on the face, same with the bandana.
DM Surfer Sting (GAB 1990) - new head sculpt, thicker legs, plastic jacket with removable arms, maybe three different head sculpts with three different version of his red, white and blue face paint design.
WM1 Paul Orndorff, change it to an UE figure, get the height right and fix the head sculpt.
Basic Sid Justice (RR92 attire), make it an elite figure with multiple head sculpts (especially one from when he told Hogan he was "Sorry, big boy").

Paul Bearer needs to be redone but fatter. I’d like an AE completely bald with goatee Fink. Danny Davis in wrestling attire isn’t a necessity but be cool to have. Commissioner JJ Dillon and WCW Mean Gene if the Nitro stage gets funded. I wouldn’t mind a SS90 Rick Rude redone with the Warrior deco included this time and a regular non-kissy face head.

For Mr Wonderful go back to the L4 figure’s parts, but in the WM attire. Roddy Piper - give him the WM2 figure’s head and the Legend Funk torso. Legends Snuka - just change the knees down to Kevin Von Erich’s. Basic Series 61(?) Sting - new head sculpt, longer & thicker legs. |

I like all the Ric Flair figures, but I wish the torso was more accurate (less ripped) and he had tanned skin....
I mean, Ric Flair just wasn't that "jacked" ..... and that's okay, but the figures don't look accurate.....
The head scans and the robes look great though!

All pre chaps HBKs would get different boots. He has never worn Japanese style kickpads. His boots are closer to the Heath Slater/Tye Dillinger boots. We can fix Johnny Gargano’s figure to give him the right kickpads, but we can’t do that for Shawn Michaels in 13 years? Just give him Heath Slater’s lower body!

Oh man so many choices.
Undertaker - Either or Both Summerslam 2000 and/or Summerslam 2001, both look nothing like him and the hair piece on 2000 looks like a wig. 2001 has the awful tank, idk both are terrible. ABA Taker has hard horrible representation thus far.
JBL/APA Bradshaw - I don’t think Bradshaw has ever been as skinny as his figures. Maybe when he was like 5.
Tyler Bate - His Exclusive looked absolutely nothing like him.
Austin Theory - His new elite headscans are terrible
Rhyno for taking way to many elite steroids.

Have to go with Dude love. Puzzling to me how bad that figure is. Needs a better scan and an actual tie dyed shirt. I’d also go with his lighter blue pants from Over The Edge.
