Don’t hit on your employees or make them feel uneasy. Treat your employees like people.

Speaking loud to the employees is considering rude in my opinion. I wouldn't tolerate that behavior and would straight look for another job. There are a lot of good companies which help people finding jobs and Shiftsmart is one of them shiftsmart.pissedconsumer.com/review.html. Every valuable specialist should have some self-respect and don't work for guys which treat them not the way professional relations should be.

Doesn’t make it right, but the goalposts will move depending on the line of work and the situation.
If your boss goes off on you because you accidentally got an extra side for the company luncheon? That’s way over the line
If your boss goes off on you because you improperly rigged a load to fly up 27 stories in a densely populated area, that’s definitely an ass chewing before termination.
Reality is it’s gotta be a case by case kinda thing.
